Chris Gregor the New Jersey father, allegedly involved in an incident concerning his 6-year-old son Corey Micciolo, reportedly after putting him through a strenuous treadmill session, was observed carrying the boy's inert form into Southern Ocean Medical Center moments before a significant event unfolded on April 2, 2021.

Corey Micciolo passed away on April 2, 2021 at 5.03pm, after displaying symptoms including stumbling, slurred speech, and shortness of breath.
Consulting forensic pathologist Dr. Thomas Andrew determined Corey's death to be homicide, citing acute traumatic injury to the heart.
Gregor was initially charged with child endangerment in July 2021 but faced further charges for Corey's murder on March 9, 2022.
Despite claims by Gregor's defense of natural causes, legal proceedings are ongoing.
Corey's mother, Breanna Micciolo, reportedly filed numerous abuse complaints against Gregor to no avail and has since sued the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency.
Gregor is currently held without bond and could face a life sentence pending the outcome of the trial.

They don't know Breanna's story on how she got pregnant, she was young, going to HS and that had to be stressful for a young girl, and I can understand that she got into drugs for a bit, but she also turned her life around too. His father had a career in law enforcement and then homeland security but he claims he didn’t watch that video??? Bullshit. He watched it more than once. He’s claiming he didn’t watch it because he doesn’t want to be questioned about it, being forced to acknowledge abuse at his son’s hands.
That's why I can't believe the prosecutors aren't forcing him in court and asking him question, I feel the courts are allowing this family to choose what comes in and what they're questioned on.

When his parents said Chris had no clue he had a child until the child support was ordered by the state, I was shocked. He absolutely knew he had a child & he never wanted him! The defense attorney implied that she just kept it hidden from Christopher & then out of the blue she requested child support when her Mom actually had her go apply for benefits & that triggers the state to open a child support case on the absent parent. I wish the state would have gotten someone on the stand to explain that process & how it works because it's clear this mom wanted nothing from him or to do with him. She would have never went after him for support & I understand why!
Absolutely! I felt the same way. He resented them for forcing it and Corey looked like her so I’m sure that pissed him off every time he looked at her.

The biting was almost ignored in this trial except for one medical examiner who said two wounds to the top of Corey's head, and one at the back of the skull. The doctor was never questioned whether the three marks were from a bite.

It sounds to me like Breanna and her son Corey were seriously and badly let down by the police and welfare system. If they had done a professional job of investigating this obvious child abuse like they should have done right from the beginning then Corey would have been in full custody of his mother and still alive. The whole child welfare system needs a complete and urgent need of an over haul to protect victims instead of the perpetrators. Shame on all those who badly let Corey and his mother Breanna down . Shame on the man who was Corey`s father for badly treating and abusing his own son who died as a direct result.

Yep I went through the same thing. And then when you make the reports cps always comes back with well the father says he didnt do it and since the child isn't telling us who did it, it's your word against his.
But she contacted his parents to become involved. His parents didn’t know about Corey. At least that’s what Corey’s father testified to. I think there was abuse in Chris’s life. The father seems to be an angry man. Plus, he was a cop.

It’s almost impossible to sue or bring charges. They are government employees and are protected. That needs to change. The parents of the victims of the Oxford school shooting tried during the school and it was dismissed as because of being government/state employees
They should have went in under International Law, not State Law, which, by the way does not apply when the United States is so heavily involved in saving lives elsewhere. The United States needs a wake up call under that Geneva Convention, that they signed in 1988. I'm surprised Afghanistan hasn't gone after them. They need to get out of the "untouchable mindset" it's a little too late after all the damage done to clean up their act and do the right thing.

This story is sadly from my hometown. The chid protection services in that area are horendous. It forced me and my daughter to flee and hide in another state due to their lack of protection. We werent able to come out of hiding until last year when her father "expired himself" after almost "expiring" his new girlfriend.
Middlesex county NJ family court is notoriously father friendly and this is what happens .Our kids have rights too! Dads rights shouldn’t supersedes child’s right to safety! They usually take away kids from good parents and then fail the real cases and leave these babes them with a holes that unalive them .
He was on his way to Mexico but his dad convinced him to turn around!

Hiya, so RUclips is an entertainment platform with 2 billion people on it daily, if there is a disagreement then I can go to a court and apply to oppose what RUclips has stated and the court enforces law not me or RUclips. The court would decide. So RUclips has a system that allows me to go through that process if I wanted to. However RUclips is correct in what they did to my video. They’re absolutely right and I applaud them for censoring abuse.
What did this judge do? I use to believe judges had to be honest, smart, not anymore, all the judges from Trump judges on down show no common sense and definately take sides, who do they think they are these days??
This video needs to be sent to the State. The video they showed in court doesn’t depict the way the defendant picked Corey up. The jury NEEDS to see that! It needs to be zoomed in and slowed down. That contributed to his injuries for sure. This is so sad. I so hope Breanna files a civil suit against DCPO/DCFS and the police department

Chris and his family made it out like the mom was white trash and she did not come off like that at all, she spoke with intelligence. She's a normal mom who had struggles like we all do.
