Village People of Raseborg: Svartå

Ninth place to visit is Svartå, where we get to meet Katja and Jukka Juhola, the market gardeners of Juholan Puutarha, one of Finland's oldest herb farms located right next to Svartå Manor. Spring and summer keeps the Juholas extremly busy as they grow about 200 cultivated varieties and 20 000 plants in their garden, but after the season ends, they have time for their other passions; art and music. Jukka is also known as the Black River Bluesman and Katja has both created and curated art and founded several art projects.
