The guy in the video at the start built the machine to basically go on tour, however the machine started to break during the recording of the music video. You can tell that there are quite a lot of marbles falling out of it near the end of the video, he never got it to work after that. So, the guy has been working on the second marble machine (or the marble machine X) for quite some time now (like close to 7 years now). He's been posting videos about the building process on his youtube channel and it's looking pretty good.
To add on, he did end up abandoning the 2nd machine and now they both sit at the Speelklok Museum (i think). He is now working on a third machine and honestly I think its a pretty good series to watch!
