Probably not, few months will likely still under waranty. Also it is nost likely soled state sensor. The compressor have moving parts which is more fragile.
I own this fridge. Mother of 4 here, kids love this fridge I keep their fruits , milk , creamer in the front for easy access. My fridge used to get unorganized quickly and now it is tidy with a huge capacity inside. I upgraded from an old second hand white in white kenmore that I paid $60 for it died on us after 5 years of faithful fridge work. We saved up and splurged on this huge one because we are a big family, we did not get the water and ice feature because we have hard water and heard fridges mess up because of this. Never had this feature in my life so I font think I’m missing out.
If you don't open the refrigerator then it would lessly consume electricty rather than opening it the cold will go out and then the motor will start runnin again, Did you know that refrigerators motor will not run when the ref is really cold it will just start runnin again when the cold in the ref has gone lower
For a front door when checking who is outside, it's a perfect concept. But this technology ain't about cameras, seem to be just a glass panel that polarize with electricity by the command of a touch screen, same an LCD panel on a monitor. Short story...Should be cheap enough to make compare to glass. I would dig into this technology for all other things beside the kitchen.
@@heedlessed7952 You didn't understood the concept of been perfectly affordable and how sells can get a small boost by adding gimmicks to a product is actually a thing in 2021...numb nuts
I guess this InstaView door is a deep black one way glass which turns on the light inside when knocked twice. It's nice but not worth it as we can only see a portion of the fridge and don't we before hand know whats in the refrigerator or not. Maybe this can help it to work more efficiently as it prevent the flow of warm air inside the fridge. Anyways cool stuff!
Actually, the normal fridge can hold more food in it. In my parents house they have this fridge and the normal fridge where the deep fridge is on the top and it can hold a lot more food in it. But when it comes to bottles, cans and yogurts you can store a lot in this fridge.
So now I'll end up walking over to the fridge knowing there's nothing in it, realising I don't need to open it this time, knocking on it to then confirm that it's empty AND THEN opening it anyway to make sure the window was telling the truth😭😭
If you open the door and then grab what your looking for it my be faster than... knocking twice, finding what your looking for, then opening the door to grab it.
I'll be creeped out if the baby was inside the refrigerator
Cool
That's what I thought too.
I was also thinking about that 😂😂😂
Plot twist: he is inside it
For those wondering, it's to save electricity. Every time you open the door, you let all the warm air in, and it has to cool all over again.
Plot twist: Zach has Schizophrenia and the baby was just in his mind

Yeah you got that right

@@SaltyPeanutz oh that's ALWAYS the case 😂

Why knock at it 2 times if you can just open it?.........?
It's made especially for those who are just bored and have instinct to go to fridge and open it even if they know there ain't much.

Lmaoooo I thought the baby would be in the refrigerator at the end
First I thought it's useless feature, but i saw it at my friend's and i still thinks it's useless.

Everybody gansta until the fridge knocks on its own!
Waw. Perfect!
Useless or not, LG definitely caught a good majority of eyes with this.
I love refrigerators

Nice one
Thanks 🔥
When your team is ultimately stupid but you still want to sell the product
Thank god, opening the fridge was an impossible task until now

Very cool!

"The neighbor is knocking at his damn fridge AGAIN"
I love this guy
Beautiful ad
"Knock twice see inside"
Tried that on the girl i like, instead I've been given a big hand on the face.
Dudee....😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It's Zach King!
My mom bout to be mad that she had to get up at 3 am because someone was at the door 😏
LG choses the best guy for this #zach
I think Zach should be there in some more LG ads
Since i have this fridge, when i knocked on my belly twice, all my intestines came pouring out.
It boggles me the amount of people that didn't know you waste alot of electricity and cold by opening the fridge I learned that when I was around 8
Pull once and you can also touch the stuff.😉
Senseless feature 😂😂
try mine
No that's an added feature, you're looking at it wrong lol
Just open it
I want that baby chair
Liam is inside the fridge🥶knock2 who's there🤔
He made it...
Does it really do that?
Liam, Liam, Liam
Uuhhh... why does this video have 5million views with 49 likes?? Just saying though.

Wow LG chair LG bag
Hey that fridge remainds me of thatdudecan cook fridge
Just becuase we have the technology to do it doesn't mean we have to do it.
I literally don't know what's the use of this instead we can just open the door..
Yeah boy
Y tap 2 times to see whats in the fridge? We cloud just open the door doesn't take that long.
what dimension he living in
Plot twist:the baby teleported behind the first fridge (yes there is another fridge behind the first fridge )
The start of human devolution
what's the point of tapping if you are gonna open it anyway
We live in a world of fantasy. Who knows what reality is anymore.
I can’t Believe Zach King is in that add
Wait is that Zach King
yAs
Or you could just perhaps open the door yourself like a normal person.
This feature does NOT work on my oven. Knocking on the oven door does nothing. And yes, the light works when you turn it on manually.
while y'all knocking, I'm opening the door ... foh
is that Zach
Why can't we just use a transparent glass or something transparent instead of this ?
Samsung?
Okay where did the baby go?!
Why tho?
If you open the door and then grab what your looking for it my be faster than... knocking twice, finding what your looking for, then opening the door to grab it.

That's smart
5 millon views but ONLY 500 likes 😂
Wow he still pro, even tho he isn't on his own channel.
Knock the whole house to see everything
My dad does the same thing but on my head
Not even a thousand like on the video but it has 5mill views *HOW!?*
Cuz it’s an ad
People aren't very fond of ads ya know
I sam the video upload date and it wasn’t April 1st.
Who else thinks this reminds you of the Incredibles of Jack Jack
Why not just open the fridge instead of knocking then opening the fridge. Your paying an extra 3000$ to add a step
10 year warranty? 😆 On what the door handle?
Tapping the screen twice is equal to opening the door
Opening the door will waste energy.
Good....clear lcd panel...
But i more like it to have a button....dislike to knock....
After knocking and seeing what's inside i'd still open it just because im bored
Precisely, and you’d still have to open it to reach what you need inside... 😑
you used zach king...
Y do u need to do that ? Just open nd take out whatever u need ...
guys like this video
Or why not just created a glass door for that?
But what's the point
Zach King entertains us a lot. That's just my opinion.
Kudos to single dad...
Why knock twice if you can just open the door?
Saves energy I guess.
Hahaaa simplest is just open it, you know the inside
