SteelSeries Pro TKL keyboard faulty...

steel series pro tkl keyboard faulty,this is an rma keyboard this is the second keyboard they sent me after my new one developed a fault in the discolouration of the leds,but i was also have a problem with the leds on the keyboard flashing on and off , i was told by the SteelSeries tech team the only fix was to take the software engine off the pc. making the keyboard pretty much useless for what i needed it for as an observation to checking my pc temps...message to SteelSeries, please fix your software and buy your leds from reputable sources..the rest of the keyboard is great apart from you cant use it...
