Hello Kaiwalya Ji, AMT gearbox in specific ka experience kaisa hai, any jerk, things like that ???
3 things I would expect on Tata Punch for it to be a 100% perfect package in terms of convenience. They should offer this at least in the top variants:
1. Hill hold assist on AMT.
2. Tyre pressure monitoring.
3. Driver arm rest - useful on long drives.
These things are must if someone is spending around 10 lacs.

How is the performance
For last 30 years we are customer with Tata motors. From Tata mobile(pick up van early 90’s)Tata sumo, Indica, Nano and Indica vista and recently book Tata punch accomplished by next 1 or 2 weeks it will be delivered to us.
One thing sure Tata’s build quality is best it is perfectly designed for Indian roads. When you drive Tata cars you will feel safe. Lastly thanks to Tata motors and Mahindra for making such high end cars in price range of 10 to 15 lakhs for middle class families.

Just 3 days ago Tata punch accomplished automatic arrived at home. Kafhi easy hai no hassle in traffic. I thought that for me driving a automatic will be not so easy coz all these years I was driving manual but it was easy transition.
Aj ki Tata ki gaadiyo me Suspension Superb, music is really Awesome, Steering feedback zabardast, NBH bht achi ho chuki hai... Kami sirf or sirf power ki hai, initially pickup or engine refinement, agar ye thodi kami Tata door kr de to Tata jaisi koi gaadi nhi hogi. Log majburi me Maruti ki gaadi lete hai.

Own a PUNCH ADV RP MT everyone's requirements are different ,really happy with every experience be it dealership or service experience as the person said same as visited maruti to check swift out coz we had desire earlier also wanted to go with venue but the new facelift came out of budget agree with that it's a raised hatchback but gives well handling suspension on bad roads which are common in my city , heavy car tho city milage is around 13 to 15kmpl highway have touched 25kmpl , can complain about fit and finish but i also saw those issues in new 2022 brezza top model and glanza, then comes to engine definitely not an enthusiast or I don't wanna race but fulfills my requirement for commuting with family. Over-all my experience 4.5/5.

Dealership experience with Tata motors was pathetic in Hyderabad. I tried with 3 different dealerships. Sales team didn't even have basic knowledge about the platform which the car was built, they were unable to explain about the robust build quality and 5 star safety. Even they didn't even had a test drive vehicle to offer.
Finally ended up with KUSHAQ.

Hi Rachit,
Just adding my experience with Tata Punch. Owning it since almost an year.
Pros -
1. Amazing ride quality.
2. Incredible visibility for driver. Very less blind spots. Head room is also very good.
3. Mileage master on Highways. Giving me 23 kmpl tank to tank on Highways while cruising between 80-100 in eco mode.
4. Music system is top class.
5. Unmatchable suspension tuning and build quality. Just glides on bad roads.
Cons-
1. Engine lacks some power while overtaking on Highways. You need to plan overtake well in advance. Engine could have been little better. Also on hills, you feel little less power.
2. Fir and finish is not that great. Panel gaps are there. Color options are also not sassy or cool.
3. Accelerator pedal is not of steel. It should be of steel. Since that's the most used pedal among 3/2.
If engine could be better and if above cons are sorted, then I can surely say that no car would even match the value it offers in the price.

Everything’s fine. The car is awesome. But Tata’s customer service before and after sales is pathetic. I wanted Tiago. I went to 2 different showrooms (Rudra and Sai Baba), both did not have a car for test drive. They made it clear that only if I am sure to book the car, they will give me a test drive. So I bought Suzuki Ignis from Nexa. I don’t care about the safety ratings. As long as they care for the customer, that’s all I want.

Ek small turbo, front arm rest, less door panel gaps, and iMT transmission.. just bring about such changes, and bingo punch becomes the first choice of majority
Its a nice good Car. Its a body shell & ride comfort ready but It lacks World Class Engine Refinements especially Petrol. 1.2 NA. It offers high NVH levels which Tata Motors has smartly suppressed the engine noise by offering auto speed sensitive Volume increase system. So that the Noise is not felt in the cabin. 1.2 TC would have added Punch in the drive which is presently missing.
EV would definitely replace the 1.2 NA noisy engine with silent drive Motor. That would tick all boxes. For any Car Engine is the heart of all machine & After-Sales Services Stn is Hospital. Unless they improve both Quality & offer 5 years Warranty on major parts, 3 years free maintenance with Consumables & 5 years RSA it's not worth buying their Cars.

Please also make one video of boot lock of today's car like punch pure.
Issue is if we switch off the vehicle and take out the key then boot lock also opens automatically. So thiefs who knows about this can open the boot and takeout the luggage by the time we come out.
In olden cars the boot lock was separate which protects luggage.

My sister have Tata Punch AMT. I have driven it in Bangalore city traffic. Traffic and road conditions of Bangalore are bad still didn't face any issue. City performance is good. Not that punchy engine but still vfm product
