Here is the 3rd groovy lyric video from the new Ayreon album Transitus, highlighting the lovely Simone Simons as the ruthless but deceptively cute Angel of Death in Transitus. I also love the priceless introduction by our favorite doctor, Tom Baker. And yes Ayreonauts... there are several clues to the intricate Ayreon mythology, besides the obvious reference in the title: THIS HUMAN EQUATION!

Once again the bar for 'lyric' videos has been raised. I LOVE how playful Simone is to the camera and how well she reacts to the visualizations. The harmonies the the background are wonderful and well used. Hell, speaking of visualizations, I LOVE to get my hands on this whole animatic for the video. It would make a KILLER screensaver running on a long loop. I pay a few bucks for that screensaver if offered. Can't wait to hear the rest of this latest masterpiece.
I normally don't click on a video based on its thumbnail, but I saw Simone and I couldn't resist.
Ayreon has been with me on my path through life for at least five years now. It feels so good to finally be in a position to give something back to Arjen for all the uplift his music gave me during times that were not the easiest. Preordered this along with all the Ayreon albums I did not own prior.
Oh my! This is one groovy song indeed! And I looooove Simone's playfulness in the video and her vocals. Lovely.
This song has it all: beautiful outstanding vocals, heavy guitars, melody, good lyrics, humor and I can't stop listening to it!
This song reminds all Ayreon albums. Singers, music, instruments, sounds, lyrics, everything is like a mix of Ayeron mythos. I love it.

Wow! I can't wait for the release of the album! I really want to see the connection between everything else. First the title, this human equation, then the reference to universal migration and also the "yes they can be charming, uniquely disarming" part makes me thing of the "his shyness is charming, he's strangley disarming " in the theory of everything. (But maybe I tend to see references and links everywhere) Anyway, this is amazing!
In a way the line "evolved or created" reminded me of the concept of "Unnatural Selection"
To be fair, with any of Arjen's works (specially Ayreon), you can expect links and references everywhere.

My fan theory is that the dimension of “no-time and no space” from Electric Castle is Transitus, and that the Forever know about it and brought those people there for the experiment. It would explain how the undead warriors appear in Castle Hall, as well as when Death itself appears to take the Indian away. But that’s just my fan theory!

I understand, I knew people would get upset at my comment, but it's how I feel. There's always nickel bands when somebody gets extremely popular. Floor likes to work, and I'm sure is honored to sing on other projects. There's no ego with Floor, even though she could wipe the floor with them. ( No pun intended ) . @@lylacardoso2535 it's all good Lyla, isn't music great! I've only recently discovered this symphonic metal, and I love it. Except don't care much for the growling some of the bands like to do. Epica , Kamalot, etc.. before I became obsessed with NightWish I was and am the biggest Genesis fan in the world. Yup just gave my age away, but all music is the best medicine for people in the world!
