There is no such rule. The successor is authorised to collect the shares of all legal heirs in shape of cheque and disburse to them

سر میرا ایک سوال تھا کہ مرے والد صاحب کی سروس اور انکے بینک اکاؤنٹ کراچی کی برانچ میں تھے انکی وفات کراچی میں ہوئی جبکہ مستقل پتہ اور ڈیتھ سرٹیفکیٹ پنجاب کی یوسی سے بنا ہے قبل از وفات جبکہ ہم فیملی میمبرز پنجاب میں مقیم ہیں تو کیا والد صاحب کے اکاؤنٹ اسٹیٹمنٹ کسی بھی برانچ سے نکلوائے جاسکتے ہیں یا اسی مخصوص برانچ جانا پڑے گا جس میں بینک اکاؤنٹ ہے
اسٹیٹمنٹ تو اب کسی بھی برانچ سے نکلوا سکتے ہیں. آپ اپنا اصل شناختی کارڈ اور فوتگی سرٹیفیکیٹ ساتھ لے جائیں اور وہاں ان کو بتا دیں کے جانشینی سرٹیفیکیٹ کے لیے چاہیے
