The verse about busses really hits hard tho. It's like the trolley problem: "I have the power to make this situation the lesser of two bad outcomes but why am I dealing with this trolley engineer's mistake and who the heck is tying people to trolley tracks? It seems like a lot of things had to have gone wrong before we (and more importantly I) got to this point."
All I could think about whenever he says "I could use a massage", is that he doesn't have anybody that got his back both literally and metaphorically. No one back home to ease the aching, and no one to stop it from coming back over and over.

If you haven’t read the poem “Maybe Dats Youwr Pwoblem Too” by Jim Hall, I highly recommend it because this Spider-Man and that Spider-Man have the same vibe. This makes me feel a lot of things at 28.
I just discovered Off Book and I can't wait to listen to their podcast! They have such great minds and even greater songs. Thank the gods for the Game Changer Shorts, really.
With that being said, the last line -
"My god... really, really, really could use a massage" - hits so hard cuz... my guy just wants a massage. Not even a day-off. He's not asking for much compared to what he has done and sacrificed for. He just wants a massage - something so simple, yet even that couldn't be granted.
