It is enforced on 01st January 1909. At 13:55 you said that CPC enforced from 01 January 1908 while CPC enacted on 21 March 1908. Then how it is possible that it can enforce from 01 January 1908.

Cpc ko sirf keh keh ke logo ke dimag me lengthy word baitha diya gaya hai. Cpc isn't really lengthy. You just need a good teacher. Otherwise everything is lengthy.
