Thanks for uploading this, brings back alot of good memories from when my dad and i use todo this, but now that we're older we dont have time, only get todo this once a year
A great place to spot is the Air and Space museum! It's on the approach and right near a runway. I got some great shots. After your done in the museum, you can plane spot!
For one thing, there are no more US carriers flying the 747. As for why there are no Air France, BA, or Lufthansa large planes, it could be the date and timing of the video.
Nvm ive just now seen one. Its the Emirates flight. Ive checked flight schedules just now. Next 380 comes in 54 minutes to dulles. Five 747's are already there and one just took off.
Lel np. Plus ive only been there 3 times. Its fun there but exhausting walking to the gates. I dont know how to get to the gate out in the field. Ive only been to the main terminal
+Deonte Thomas Um... from what I know, One 747-8i from Lufthansa, and the occasional KLM 747-400 *EXTREEEEMLY RARE* Only 2 A380s come. British Airways, and Air France (Airfrance sends a 777-300ER usually from Mon-Thurs. and an a380 from fri-sun) Emirates only sends a 777-300ER, along with Qatar, Austrian (30% of time 767-400ER) and United (Obviously). And +AviationDude, the biggest plane (Passenger) is an A380 Daily, maby twice on weekends. Lots of 777s. 2 787s a day (VS and ET) couple 757s (More or less rare) and a CRJ *OVERLOAD*

This is a great place to spot Dulles. Nice video! The day I was there, they were using runways 1L and 30 for takeoffs, unfortunately.
Very nice videos man!! I flew in there on the 8th in a EMB 145
That SAA A343 at 35.**, did an impressive climb out for an A343!

Thank you for share this amazing videos!
Sorry,I meant 19L and 30 for take offs. Also loved the CEIBA Intercontinental 777 and the other government planes. Great work!
Great video overall, just a little disappointed we didn't get British Airways. But the Ceiba 777 was a cool catch, didn't even know that existed.
Very beautiful airport
That is a government aircraft representing Equatorial Guinea. The Ceiba Intercontinental 777-200LR preceding it is also representing that country.
United 767-322ER with winglets (N671UA/6671) has the new BusinessFirst, Economy Plus, and Economy cabins (seats are Continental-style).
Awsome job dude! You should come spotting at BWI Airport sometime.
bummer that the FedEx DC-10 landed on the other runway but I get to see those every day at GSO
Where did you take the video from?

How much does the parking cost you when you go?
What days do they land at that runway and r u on the parking garage because I can never get to the top level please tell me
BaltimoreAviationHD if they're using 1R/C/L use garage 2. For 19R/C/L use garage 1.
United territory at IAD! Nice video.
What do you use to capture Dulles ATC?
I work at Signature Flight Support there.
U got so lucky that the ATC departed everyone at 19C
You should planespot at Reagan and make a video
What airline is at 59:59
