Maddur vade which used to be available in maddur railway stsyion during 1977 to 1980 s costing 35 paise per vada... The taste was so great.. Till date.. The taste of maddur vade of those days are not seen again..
Dear Indian Food Hunting, it's a very appreciative effort of focusing on the native food cusine and it's history of traditional importance of food. Chandru is good enough in promoting his products, it was very surprising to know different types of maddur vada. My only observation suggestive of few corrections is Hygeine . The way have stored the prepared food is on that iron racks without any cover on it, (at least not even paper is covered). They doesn't have any clean & neat area for mixing ,& moulding. None of them are worried to wear some gloves or mask. As they are preparing manually everything by hands. Chances of contamination of ready to cook moulds , raw material . I don't know how this level kitchen product is getting exported to other countries. I hope everyone will agree with me, whatever the best taste it might give, the Quality and Hygeine maintained will also counts for merits. It's my personal opinion and not for confrontation or humiliation purpose . Thank you all

Waste place bro,only normal vada available every day,I have been there atleast 15 times disappointed every time, No chutney also ,I have never seen them serve it with chutney ,4 months 15 visits very disappointed every time,not a place look after,just go there if tou are around, don't search and go you will be disappointed every time
