Annie! Just a tip about flying! You should apply sunscreen on the plane if you're in a window seat! There is unobstructed sunlight coming in through the windows! Stronger UV rays up in the air so reapply every hour or so!
One of the few youtubers that I see actually SEPARATING the shoes from their clothes and making sure they don't touch their clothes by puttings them in small bags. I never understood the "shoes and clothes all together concept"! The shoes are dirty, the touch the ground! Have a great time in New York! xxx

A tip for using flaxseeds: you should use only ground flaxseeds because the full ones do not get digested and just pass through your system, so you dont get any of the benefits of the omega 3s and lignants that it's rich with! :)
I also use packing cubes, shoe bags, handbag bags, flat zippered mesh bags for bras & panties, flat zippered plastic bags for liquids, makeup and other necessities. I also carry a large handbag with an insert to keep everything organized. All of this makes life & travel so much easier. Roll all clothes. This is a real space saver.

As long as you water them a little heavily before you go out the door then they should be fine. But if your travelling longer than a week, you might want to let family members water your plants as some require more water than others :) sorry I'm 5 months late but hope this helps x

Annie, Loved this video, but am confused on your interpretation for the TSA Liquids requirement. I did not see the required clear quart bag with all liquids. I read that lipsticks, perfumes, face spays, etc. should be included in that bag, but it appears you have them in your carry-on in separate bags?
Rolling is the best method to use with cubes, you could have used a far smaller case so it just makes life easier when you don't have to manage a huge case as you are a petite lady( i am too) decanting make up and tolietries /liquids and creams into smaller bottles, jars and spray bottles taking enough for trip is key to packing smart and lighter .... you don't need any full sizes for a short trip, on a side note eggs are not good for our body ,make sure all your liquids you are taking in your hand luggage are kept together for TSA/customs and remember you are only allowed 1 quart sized bag ... so many designer brands ...wow!!

I'm going there and you're coming here. But, I'm packing and due to airline restrictions I can't put things in little make-up bags. Mine all have to be in clear bags as far as liquid and gel stuff.
Finally a RUclipsr that puts shoes in separate bags! It is driving me crazy seeing dirty shoes thrown in suitcase next to clothes.
