Oh, I'm like 8 hours in and don't have the mount yet 🤣. Hoping I get it soon. I've just been getting lost in the world, doing all the side quests etc. such a refreshingly different open world love it
Play it like that, I had exploration and got the Ikran after like 12 hours. You have to turn on guided for 3 quests at least because the description is wrong. In one it says East when its West.
Man i haven't played the main quests in the first days,i had to for unclock and explore a bigger part of the map, been grinding good armour and weapons and now in level 19 completing lv13 missions and they looks like level 4 because my weapons melt them in no time even max level machines,i feel Immortal and i love It
I have 2 tips on the game. dont fast travel with buffs from food on because it will cut the time. Also a tip is seeds as the first or main ingredient will give you nimble gatherer so you can get the max number on item quality for anything crafting or harvesting from animals i learned this way to late after 45 hours into the game trying to craft the best armour and weapons
The hacking tip was most welcome! I love the hacking system in terms of storing them up and unleashing at the same time but the act of hacking gets a little tedious after a while and even tricky in higher bases.
@@Tonyholmsify damn good for you bro,im kinda jealous of that rn,ik playing on a PS5 and It looks great i can't Imagine with a 4090 and 4k must be soo damn beautiful :)
I disagree. This game is pulling me away from Cyberpunk and that says a lot. The immersion of exploring Pandora is tonnes of fun and im still yet to aquire my banshee.
Not everyone has the same criteria as you, though. For example, I’m not huge into FPS, I am a stealth fan though and the stealth in this game is too hard to accomplish for a gamer like me 😂 plus there are some things that make it less “quality” than it probably will be when they patch a few things.
How did you avoid being murdered with a level that low, I was level 13 when I beat it and they could pretty much one shot you. You must have been playing on easy.
@@stonecold3172 im sure he took his number of deaths figuring out where to hide and what to do, i cleared it at lvl 6 2 days ago too not on easy btw, and it took me almost 2h lol one shot would kill me, so annoying, patience of a saint lol
Donating extra materials isn't a waste. You don't get as much clan favor as you would a quest but you do still get some so if your gathering and not getting the better stuff you can donate the lower stuff for some favor. Also the scraps aren't rare you get 4 for every research facilitie you repaired and there's always at least 1-2 at every encounter with the RDA and or POI
At the end I had like 200+ scraps and stopped looting the crates, I bought the endgame Sky people weapons also at a point so didn't even loot equipment after a point because I went 100% native after starting to get yellow crafting stuff. Always pick something up to donate for favor, I think I filled it like 5-6 times and in the end easy way to get yellow food ingredients for longer timers on +dmg(never really went with the special recipes because +40% damage was enough for me).
i think that ruined bladehead you killed that you said you didnt get to in time wasn't actually a timed thing, but rather it probably had one of those RDA darts attached to it where it ruins the carcass if you kill it without removing it. The darts make a noise when nearby, and if you approach the animal slowly, you get a prompt to calm it and can get close enough to remove the dart.
Btw if someone dont know how to get the 280 damage shotgun you have to progress in the story and after a mission after the resistance base got destroyed you will unlock a new main base and there you can find a NPC where you can buy that for 80 of the Yellow boxes, idk the name but yeah if you want that is the best weapon you can buy
It's part of the season pass. It's the resistance pack that comes with it. Any edition of the game that comes with the season pass has that color pattern.
Plus feed your ikran an energy boost to keep their stamina up. Those are items with the energy / electricity / lightning bolt (whatever you want to call it) symbol on them. I'm not certain if this is for all ikran, however for my ikran, that symbol is on my ikran's favorite foods (fruit and nectar).
Although while tapping the x consistently you will use up more of the ikran's stamina which means you need to feed it more but while tapping the x you fly a hell of a lot faster
Its world is just amazing, with a few spots that they forgot. The story somewhat good but nothing extra, like you can guess it if you know something about Avatar. It becomes a bit grindy at some point or at least when you get too strong for areas. 7/10 sounds about right because it is missing something, like maybe more involvement of the others and not only you being the solo power, maybe some way to "make a mark" on the land maybe able to build a tiny own place with things added as you progress, on the equipment side every new could have opened a style so that going for "what the game tells you about you" doesn't give worse stats than mixing it with Skypeople stuff, on inventory side they could have improved like at the end I just trashed everything because it was starting to become a mess and 200 slot general storage is pretty tiny if you would want to save everything for later options to change your looks. Then there was not real option of choosing your path so those playing on guided probably just ran through the game, from shiny dot to the next. The world was really 10 out of 10, like you can spend hours finding new things there that you don't notice by just running. Still the lack of something do bring it down to 7/10.
200 storage slots is more than enough space. The most important thing according to the game is power level, then followed by item stats (and there's only a few different kinds of specialty arrows/bullets for weapons, so you only technically need one of each type). As for looks, the game from the start automatically lets you immediately apply a customized look/skin to your items regardless of the item stats itself. Once you acquire an item, it's look becomes added to your available choices. When in the character menu displaying all of your current clothing and weapons, when you select any category, all of them in the bottom left have the "Cosmetics" button that can be directly clicked on via cursor or press up on the D-pad (controller) to access. Also, something the game doesn't tell you, but is something I learned from other Ubisoft games such as from The Division, is that to increase power level fast(er), is by immediately ditching lower items by either putting them in your stash or deleting altogether while actively having equipped the highest level items you have in each slot. In this game, it only affects open world loot activities. The main story loot is unaffected as it's likely predetermined / capped or whatnot. I was clearing out all areas and side quests before progressing with the main story, so by the time I did the story, the story dropped severely low-level stat gear compared to what I got from a random pop-up RDA open world event.
Hard difficulty laser base grab all HP skills, all stealth skill "walking running" and finally the skill to rip NPCs out of there machines. You can do it at lvl 5~8 Exploring certain bases before story progression will break 4 quests, stuck in your quest log forever.
I dont understand how you can do that to machine to rip NPC's out of there machines,i have to hack them before or smh? Because i unlocked every skill in the game but can't manage to do that
@im-a.potato06 The eject ability is an ancestor skill. The AMP Suit has to be immobilized by either hacking it or stunning it with shock rounds/grenades. While it's immobile, you then run to the front of the AMP Suit and press the melee button. For me on Xbox using default controller settings, it's clicking in the right stick.
Y’all I plan on buying this game I don’t have the money at Christmas on top of the other games I had to buy so I might end up buying it for my birthday in April 😊😊
My fully modified Legion 5 Pro, has been running it beautifully.... Didn't even realize I'm "Out spec-ing" my friends PlayStation. 😂 "He was like... Dude... I can't reach your numbers." I told him it's still beautiful on console!
I think it's slang in his country for a shotgun. However, "pump" would be an obvious reference to a "pump-action shotgun" though his usage of the term is misattributed to this game, as the shotguns in the game have ammo fed by inserting a magazine; there's no pump-action to insert a new slug/shell into the chamber.
I GIVE UP, THIS GAME IS TOO HARD!!! Wish they had an easy setting, the lowest which is normal is still too much. This is not Far Cry, this is Dark Souls!!! All I get in the beginning is a stupid bow & arrow and that is not enough. I have tried to beat the first base fight of the game, where you hack and destroy the cooling unit...FOR 10 F**** HOURS so far. Nada! They offer no manual save which is totally brain dead for an open world RPG! And if you die, no matter how far you were in the current objective...you start the entire mission all over from scratch! With a manual save you could simply reload and continue your progress from where you left off. But NOOOOOO....this game wants to abuse you, to show you levels of rage only known by those who are currently burning in Hell. Because of this, I have not been able to enjoy the game at all. Zero enjoyment, zero fun just rage, anger, frustration. That's it I'm done!!! No reason for this type of game to have this level of difficulty. MY SCORE: 10 BELOW ZERO!!!
Sorry you're gaving such a horrible time. However, there is an easy option. I'm playing it since I don't have experience at all with games like this (& and yeah, I'm a chickensh*t). And second: I don't think you have to restart all over again. At least I didn't have to. All the enemies I had taken out where gone. But yeah, it took me hours. And btw. bow & arrows are so much more fun than the stupid human weapons. I use the latter only as a last resort ;)

7/10 only? Man, I hope you hold yourself to such high standards. The game is mind blowing and deserves way more than a 7.
Only in graphics. It really lacks the fun factor. The side stuff is boring. 6-7 is fair.
I disagree. This game is pulling me away from Cyberpunk and that says a lot. The immersion of exploring Pandora is tonnes of fun and im still yet to aquire my banshee.

In graphics it's a 9.5 but in gameplay, story and so on a 7 is very generous
I think 7 is fair.....not enough bases to clear out is the reason I wouldn't give it a 8.....they could of made it kore exciting
Actually, putting other stuff in the community basket gives you clan favor, which then is used to buy stuff, so it has huge value.
The level 20 base was so dumb I finished it while being level 6. Now the gold bow makes everything too easy.

Why is your map not covered by clouds?
I wish there was a way to increase bank space, or it would be nice if duplicate items stacked at least.

It was ruined due to using a poisoned arrow. You can see the cloud of green smoke when the animal falls over and dies.
