By the way, to get strokes like effect, u commented in koi fish video that u used very old brush of urs. I don't have any such old brush. Can u share any tips to get such effect with normal brushes which are not rough?

You can try to use Liner brush or 0 number brush to make strokes like in the tail..will be a bit more effort but you will get that..

Neck part is usual shade from dark to light ..you start from top and do blend.
