Thanks for the comments! On certain mods yes, like the RSS and the like but in general I find rf2 the best. That's the great thing about Sim racing though I suppose :)
@@happilyaverageracer bought RF2 - still fine tuning graphics and Wheel + Pedal - I hate to say this as Im a AC fan from way back but the feedback through the wheel is so more realistic you can feel the front and back end and actually catch it - be spending a bit of time behind the wheel this weekend.

OMG. The sounds of the 499 make an old man very happy. This content is one of the BEST rFactor2 workshops I've ever seen. I think this made me love RF2 all over again.
I think they don't want to publish it to general public because mod is still work in progress. I am pretty sure they will be publishing it after the job is done. Until then we race them as is and its fantastic!
Before you think it´s easy to download the mod!! It´s not public!!! It´s only for team members!!!! You have to registrate and join the team, before you get the chance to download!!
The one positive that should be present with the new game is that they will be able to hardcode a lot of graphical updates since they don't need to accommodate modders. Same with some physics aspects. But it will likely be a game next to the strength of rf2. Especially if they scale back some of the potency of the engine to make it more viable for consoles. We'll see I suppose...
@@happilyaverageracer Have you check those 3d models? quite badly made, interiors dont have depth at all, rf2 shaders are quite hard to make them acurate, phisics even harder, but yeah if you are happy with just the concept of having free mods as a replacement im also happy for you.
I’m a rf2 fan , but to say that the sim doesn’t have no problems and most likely user error is pretty inaccurate.. also , race beyond matter guy says the sim has a lot of issues and difficult to get going .. you kinda missed that part in your video huh ? Lol
I've never had an issue with it personally so that's just my experience, as I said I know others have . Tbh I didn't watch all of RBMs video but he loved the Sim so that's what I took out of it🤷
I just don't understand how people have such a hard time installing mod and the like. It really isn't that hard and well worth any effort. Try installing an AMS 2 mod.......

I haven’t had any real major issues with the game myself either , but I’m saying that the game itself does have a lot of issues , and isn’t the most user friendly game ..you shouldn’t have to be a programmer to resolve some of the issues on the game.. that being said I do love the game . I’m just hoping the new fiawec game coming out under the rf2 engine is going to more user friendly .

It's worth a little bit of effort to set it up properly. RF2 has the best FFB on the planet, IMO.
