I think they just put in the name of whoever got injured and then say "(Name)'s the injured player." I don't play Madden but it's like that for NHL and FIFA
If this video taught me anything, it’s that my RUclips channel will take off eight years later when it gets randomly recommended like an awkward video game injury.
The presentation was so much better back then. It looked like an actual game. That first few seconds where it shows the zoom in on the linebacker… *chefs kiss*
Looking back at this game, graphics have taken a massive improvement from Madden 16 to 24. However I feel like the presentation took a drop in quality.

@@indigo_sirgaming Worth a shot if you have it already. I'm not sure if there's a huge difference between 16 and 17. I get one or two football games a generation usually.
@@thesprock5270 it happens occasionally. I don't remember if I was playing 5 min quarters back then, but I do run the ball and throw short passes regularly. I'm sure if I was trying to throw it deep on every play there would be a lot more scoring and turnovers. This was a lower scoring game than average, though. It might have been a playoff game and I was being extra careful (not that you can tell from this play, taking a sack like that lol)
Haha, well I've been playing a lot of CFB25 these days, but I could always go back to Madden 16. Not sure I could manifest any awkward Seattle vs. GB injuries 😅
