I think this is my favorite hunting video of all time! What a great example of a dad pouring into his son. Seriously almost brought tears to my eyes watching you tell him how proud you were of him. What a lucky dude to have a dad like you! Need more men like this in the world. Thanks for your example Levi!
By far the best hunting video I have ever seen. My first kid is coming in October and seeing you two share these memories makes me even more excited to make our own. You're a great father Levi.
that is so awesome there is nothing better then being there with your son with his first deer and then first with a bow its something I will never forget just as you congrats to you both on a fine buck great job Landen and dad God is so good.. God Bless...
Thank you Levi for having the guts to call out CrossBow hunting as different than Bowhunting. About time someone with a platform had enough backbone to say it.
It still is bow hunting, There are millions of people out there who physically can't pull enough weight to use a compound for a variety of reasons And they shouldn't be made to feel inferior or put in a different "class" of hunter just because of something physical they struggle with
@@Morpheen999it isn't the same as Bowhunting your basically shooting a rifle like said can use shooting sticks is precocked not holding anything movement isn,t even close to using a vertical bow theres no comparison between the two
@@Morpheen999 if physican says you are physically unable be cause of disability thats different theres more then 75% of people who shoot crossbows cause there to lazy to learn to shoot a vertical the crossbow is just there easy button
@@KeithMerrill-v7w Learn proper grammar, there's nothing wrong with crossbow hunting and it is different, but in alot of states its treated different and has a later season. It's better than the people who just sit on field edge 100 yards from their house and shoot bucks 300 yards away.... Although there's nothing wrong with that. You should support all legal ways of hunting.
@@redux467 Crossbow isn't Bowhunting no matter how you look at it don't worry about my grammar thats all you Crossbow shooting wannabe bowhunters have to say a crossbow is for physically handicap that cannot draw a vertical bow not for lazy people like you who don't want to learn to shoot vertical bows an think you should be out during Archery season
Congratulations Landon. Just a Fantastic start to many more hunts with your Daddy.. Enjoy these moments Levi. I miss my dad so much wish he was here still .. Soooooo cool. Love the excitement. Keep these hunts coming.
I Love this kid if you are Levi relax with camera. You have raised Landon to be relax with camera even better and to host basically a show. Of course that is one major priceless present to have son + dad memorise. Great job Landon and keep practicing that shot. PRACTICING MAKES CHAMPS!
Landon, first off what an achievement. I’d like to acknowledge that shots like that happen to the best of the best - just ask your daddy. Learn from it, thank God it was fatal and keep striving to be better buddy! Levi what a remarkable young man you have there. This is a valuable lesson and just by his reaction I know Landon has been raised right and with the right mindset for hunting. God bless you both.
Absolutely no better memories than those with your son in the woods. My 20 year old son and I have countless memories from squirrels to rabbits to deer to ducks. Many of harvest but more of just things that happen before during or after the hunt. You can never understand what it’s like till you experience it first hand.
I think that instead of shooting at such poor light and last minute, a better lesson would have been when to not to shoot and that sometimes it's better not to. Still glad to see this and the lessons that came from this. Cheers

Levi, even though I’m a Hoyt guy….you are one stellar dude, and an amazing dad. Thanks for leading your family well!
Having a 5yr old son that loves the outdoors and seeing dad's deer, this was incredible. Thank you for sharing!!!
I’m glad Landon got him a buck with his bow. I started bow hunting when I was 12 now in 17 and still haven’t got one. Nice Job Landon
That’s parenting done right. Congratulations to all the Morgan family, great family, great morals. Keep it up Mr Levi you’re doing well.
Gotta be one of the best videos I have watched. Hats off to you for teaching your kids to be thankful for those opportunities.
What a great episode! Congratulations Levi and to your little hunter!!

It doesn’t get any better than this. AWESOME!! This young man has the foundation to be the best in the world also. Could not have a better coach.

He must have caught the femoral artery.
