This simple, delightful Polish egg nog is lavishly rich and wonderful version of egg nog. Made with sugar and egg yolks, and other optional flavorings, it is a great addition to many occasions.

2 egg yolks
1T sugar
Optional flavorings (a few drops of lemon juice, a bit of cocoa, or some vodka or liqueurs)
Whip yolks and sugar together until quite thick. Whisk in the flavorings. Serve and enjoy.
