    Sir according to your numerical video, no of max in a bus= no of bits in each register. So, according to that in this video registers are of 3 bit. So 3 mux should have been 3 ? Please explain

    Q. A bus-organized CPU similar to Fig. 8-2 has 16 registers with 32 bits In Each.
    an ALU, and a destination decoder.
    How many inputs and outputs are there in the ALU for data, including input and output carries?

    sir if use 16 registers then we willl not add input in mulx .i think it should 17X1

      If we will use 16 register,then there is no need of input....it will be 16*1 Mux then
