The best part of Wesley's journey is the support he's getting IMO! His wife, coach and then everyone else as well. It's such a great community and I'm grateful to be able to be a part of it. Ok, I will say it. I liked the posing music in Ohio better. Still gives me goose bumps watching this. So glad they finally reward your physique and what you have done for the division.
Great win! Continue to work on your back, hamstrings, and calves. Don't let your stomach out on stage and get into compulsory poses more quickly. You do that and you can hang with Bumstead. Dino's weakness is posing and you need to win at the margins. Great coaching and work on your transitions in your routine.

I actually thought the Orlando routine music fit you way better and it was your best routine so far, also blew up on instagram reels for that reason. I wouldn't go into hardcore metal routines that fast
This was a very insightful talk Wes! Great lessons here. Glad it happened the way it happened, even with all the uncertainty. You came out even stronger and you carry the lessons from this experience as you march forward to the Olympia. The score cards didn't lie, you gapped the competition! This wasn't even close for the other guys, and that's when they were ON! This means a lot. Keep doing what you love, experiment and show your personal expression, we loved the routine with the music. Many rock/metal fans rejoiced, it pumped us up, as much as it did for you. You were still absolutely Golden and classic, and to be honest, you're now defining with that means in 2024. Go for it!! ...
