This would also be really cool for a tower defense type minigame
After knowing how to secure my base. I am really really curious what you would create as siege mechanisms now. (Because no base is immune to all sieges)
An ordinary high-range tnt cannon should be sufficient
Well if you can't see the base it can't be raided
Flying tnt duper. Just attach any tnt duper to a flying machine, start it up and watch as a trail of destruction appears behind it. Everyone also seems to forget about elytra and ender pearls. Once you get to the end, you have access to infinite ender pearls so cost isn't even an issue.
Fly or build over all of that
When you want to defend you house, but you're also experienced in containing Keter-class SCPs

That disappearing block could be useful for so much more than just traps
Spawner farm, entity spawns on block,block goes bye bye, falls into lava, but 1 gap with signs under the lava, then hoppers, nice compact mob farm

Fancy stuff. I have a mushroom island that just spams lightning at all entities except myself, within certain coordinates surrounding my base. I never worry about mobs or players, as soon as I'm on that island.
Execute at @e[name=!(your nickname)] run summon lightning_bolt ~ ~ ~.

Make a tower defence mini-game with these types of blocks and more. I think that'd be dope as heck. I don't know how you'd get the mobs to follow a path, but I'd leave that up to you.

there's only two weaknesses to this base, one, someone can just fly over all of the weapons and wall with elytra, or the player can just dig underneath the house defenses

The pit fall trap is to over powered man, they need to get some kind of cooldown at least

I imagine a texture that these multishot dispensers are cannons and the fast fireing are miniguns...

2. Just build up
3. Just dig under
mulit shot dispenser could load different ammo types but no longer infinite ammo and arrow no longer disappear instantly
Build these awesome turrets and spike traps, and then just makes an automated mote that literally makes those first two traps redundant.

Shields, being careful, and 4 block jumps, and fire resistance, God apples can go through this

When 1.16 will be released, create a mod that brings original redstone 1.15 to 1.16 pls. In Brazil, we have the "redstone gang", and they are very sad about it. If you could help them, i will be happy :). If you wanna talk with one of the members, i recommend viniccius13, that have 4 million subscribers. He did an youtube series and still on until today, with almost 300 episodes, and its him and his friends with their automatic house created on survivle mode.
Duel wield shields while holding a bucket of water and frost walker, shields to absorb arrows, water to block the lava, water to flow over spikes and turn to ice when I'm walking over it ,due to the ice block I think the extra 1 block above the spikes won't allow me to take damage, then just add a fire resistance potion for the flamer. I think that's most of the traps beaten.
Bedrock: Those are rookie numbers
This could be very easily avoided:
1. Build over. The sharp shooter is OP though so be careful.
2. Dig. You can just build a bridge in the pit.

Wonder how much durability per second will the over charged sharpshooter deal against a shield?
Also people may use the bug guns aka tnt cannons, so why not have like a wind gusher that backfires the tnt right back at them
I think you should continue this datapack by adding some sort of way for mobs to target and destroy builds so the defenses are actually useful, and also an item like a beacon that would prevent players from flying/teleporting in your base in a certain radius
The easiest way is to put iron golem inside
The pitfall with zombies is so satisfying
