I know a lot of people are t excited for March’s Allure box, but I’m happy with it. Folks are a little upset about that blush palette being an older one but since I don’t have it so I’m ok with getting it. I’m pretty excited to see more makeup and a fragrances
I had but gifted it to my niece. I am happy to be getting that pallet again. It was very pretty and build able. It doesn’t bother me to get products that are older as long as they are good.
Yea I don’t mind either. It’s a pretty palette & it’s nice to see makeup show up, like you said. I’m on the fence on this one myself.
@@GhosstRyderwere the colors good for all skin tones? I’m in the med/tan shade range & it looked a little light for me but hard to tell from one photo.
@@d8jennifer Yes, they are light. My niece is a light/medium skin tone she gets a beautiful golden color in the summer and the darker shades look pretty on her. I am very fair and they all will work well for me. I hope you are happy with your blush shades. I can never judge the correct shade of colors online. They are totally different when you get them home. That is why I enjoy videos. You get a better idea of the colors. Hope I was a bit helpful. Have a lovely day.
I received the blush pallet years ago in a FabFitFun box. I gifted it to my young nice so she could use it for her dance recitals. The shades are light and delicate but build up well. I am happy to receive another one that I can use. I have use the Tokyo brand shampoo/conditioner in the past. They were ok. I am looking forward to using the sake rinse and scalp scrub. I have also tried the Japanese moisturizer and I loved it. My super dry skin really soaked it up leaving my skin feeling and looking great. I didn’t repurchase because it’s pricey so getting another sample makes me very happy. I hope Allure keeps sending great products that aren’t years old. Have a great weekend!♥️♥️♥️
Ah great to hear on that moisturizer. Or is it serum? 🤔 I was curious about it. I think where I’m struggling on this box is that the ones I’m really interested in are all the small sizes and I’m less into the full size ones, lol. Though the palette is pretty & the highlight looks nice. I just really want the hair and serum and perfume, lol.
Emily Noel loved that blush palette. It’s all shimmery, nothing matte about that one. ❤️

I think it is a very good box. Nice mix up of products; good value for the price. I do not the blush product being a little older since the colors are complimentary to my skin tone. I always enjoy the hair products. I am not a big mask fan. Thank you for sharing!
Yea I still think it’s good value. Some months are just more exciting than others:)
I like being able to try perfumes. I know some of this is not highest value but I’m excited to get it. Guess as a newbie to the space I’m pretty easy to please 😂
Ha ha yea I mean, it’s not a terrible lineup, IMO. It just didn’t have “wow” factor this month. I still feel we get great value for the price. When you consider you get one perfume item a month I think with scentbird for like $16(?), you’re getting lots of other goodies too in Allure for just a little bit more. :)
I’m so excited for the First Activating Serum! This is a highly praised product in the Korean skin care world. I also like the hair rinse or shampoo and the blush. I’m Italian with a darker complexion so I need something with pigment in it!
Yes I’m really wanting that serum too. And I love the sound of the hair products. I just wish those goodies were the full size ones.
Thanks for the review, I skipped the box based on this, nothing in this box that I really cared for, so rather save the money.

Yea, we got some good ones on the last couple of months, so this one feels like a letdown.
The shampoo and treatment look full size from the picture and I would be excited for that 😊
I would be too, but I don’t think it’s going to be full-size. They could surprise us but I’m not going to get my hopes up lol. I am actually quite interested in those products.

I was debating on whether to pause or not. I still can't decide for sure. I know i only have a few hours to make up my mind. I have recently gotten more into fragrances too and the way you described that one makes me want to try it.

Yea.. I’ve seen a lot have skipped.
The beauty bakerie blush hightinng palette and the 19/99 highlight stick are both too dark for my skin tone. I just got my box, and I'm so disappointed. Have been for a long time. I love naturelab Tokyo, would have loved a full size of the scalp rinse. I feel like the box is worth it anymore, especially with the price increase.

Yea that’s a great way to go. I shopped the member store myself. 😂 I spent more than I would’ve on the box but u picked exactly what I wanted that way!
I’m excited to see a fragrance, but the rest of the box is just..eh. This year so far, all the boxes seem like 1 item is great, 1 is good, the rest is blah…I want to get it…but I don’t want 1 good item and a box of stuff I don’t use…
Yea that’s how a lot of them have been:( Though I thought the last two were good. But in general I’ve been skipping so much. I guess you just have to think if the 1 good item is valued as much or more than the box and then it makes it worth it.

Yea, I think it looks like a pretty palette but I’m just not that excited about it and don’t know the highlighter stick brand at all.

That palette looks like it may work for me so I am happy with it but Allure is my skin care box... I use Gerard makeup remover so kinda OK. The stick highlighter is a no, I guess I could give it to my Mom. I believe that you pronounced Sulwasoo correctly but I want full size skincare. I usually donate smaller items. I love masks but I can buy good ones for pretty cheap so... I'm allergic to most perfume and mini hair care?? This box sucks imo and I will be skipping for the first time. I hope Boxycharm gives me a good moisturizer! Thank you for the spoilers.
Yep, I filmed right after my hair appointment Friday, so nice hair and kicking off before the busy weekend. 😂 But Ipsy came too so it’s loading today. 😅 One day, I’ll sleep…. 😉😂😂😂 Yea I’m with you that all the goodies I seem to want in this box are the smaller size ones, so I am on the fence. If they were full size, this would be my box this month. But now I’ll have to think on it. I’m about to empty my latest remover balm so I’ll try the Gerard next. I’m excited to try it! 👏
I want the Macys box.. but I don’t like not knowing what’s in the box…if I wanted a mystery box, I would buy one,.. but I can’t afford a box every month, esp if it’s stuff I may not even use…if they had an option to skip months, I would def do Macys. Walmart is like $30 for the whole year, so I don’t feel as guilty about that one…but its not as good as the other boxes either lol
Yea so on Macy’s, they do give the spoilers at the end of the month. I’m uploading the March spoilers right now as we speak. But it doesn’t do you much good when you can’t skip, right? 😂 that’s why I hesitated for a while myself! I want the option to skip. And true, at least with Walmart, it’s so affordable, it’s not much loss.

You go to your membership login and go where it says “manage subscription” and you have the option in there to skip your box. You’re too late to skip for March though, I’m sorry. 😢 you have to skip before the first of the month, so just know that for future. 😘

Yea I’ve seen a lot of disappointed folks out there with these spoilers… I do wonder how much Allure looks at the stats on their skipped months as feedback!
I wish they would allow us to opt out of the fragrance and send us something else. I'm allergic to everything that smells good.
