June was breakin off game to the young nephews man. I'm from the era of IN Studio analog, and then transitioned to tech. It was well known then thay you MUST build a real, genuine relationship with artists if you want the work to be at it's best. You have to be thier therapist sometimes and get these experiances into the music. Living life and building trust is the real producer, but as the music producer your job is to get in there and bring it to art. You might even surprise the both of you! FANTASTIC inteview, it makes me happy to see this being recieved. Dont just get stuck into headphones and making beats like a robot, understand thier world (as safely and as responsibly as you can, don't get completey sucked in). 💯
June’s a legend. He knows what it takes and the real world is not 1’s and 0’s / 808s and snares. Most often forget the most important part of the game, people. Building real connections and relationships and making history 💪🏾. June the genius! 🐐
I fwm this interview, a lot of people have a huge problem with understanding how important patience and planning is… you may get lucky and have that one thing that help you blow overnight but when you plan and understand it’s gonna take time you free yourself from sooooo much stress by not trying to compare yo life to the people around you.
This man is speaking facts 💯 I often get down about producers younger than me getting them plaques or placements but that relationship fr goes a long way 🫶🏼💯💯
Guests interviewed on here, *fully* embody the practicality of what anyone in any other discipline should follow to get to "success". I can't believe how low the per video views are - it's like gold hidden in plain sight - on RUclips!! Thanks to the team that does this.
this probably the best interview i watched on pg since i been following june vibe is crazy and he is wise ahead of his years fasho great interview fasho got me even more motivated
He killed that Lil Jairmy - Everything Litt n Wavey. Also, to those that say he talking fast. It’s a down south thing. Like Jeezy say “And ion talk fast, y’all just listen slow” 😂😂😂😂💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
So many want instant gratification these days this facts, I was once one of those people expecting things to happen when I wanted them too. For the splits I agree loop makers should agree with the 70/30 split nothing wrong with that especially if its a major producer using your loops. Also about the advances can't depend on those to eat, these labels take forever to pay. Just got to continue building up the catalog. As long as your team handling business nothing to worry about they'll stay on the labels for them advances. 💯
This was the best producer interview I seen ever. This brother was dropping so much hot fire. I hope young ppl really understand how important the information and life experience this brother just shared really is. You need to save a copy of this video and keep it on your cpu and your phone. Always come back to this and rewatch.
Hard!! Body one of the best interviews I have seen this year it brings me joy to see producers who accomplished big things coming out of the 🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾 I’m inspired!!!

I'm from Va as well. Va stand up! I remember all that I remember future records on VA Beach Blvd, I seen all that coming up. but I must correct you on one thing , that shake your rump song was an origional sample , public enemy used the same sample, alot of people did I forget the origional record. Pharrel did have something to do with it i'm guessing he made the beat but theres alot of samples in there. Go listen to it
