ProdaSound exactly man, I can’t imagine how many beats he’s made🤯
Juicy j and DJ Paul too
We still need South Side interview !
that would be the #1 interview ever, in eternity lol
yea just call him up...
Man I love Southside, and I'll sound like a hater, but he's really arrogant and doesn't fuck with "younger producers" just watch his cook up streams. I hope they get an interview with him though.
yeah fuck southside
Facts and pyrex
You Niggas Be Helping Us Grow as Producers and Individuals. Shout out to C NOTE For being Humble and Giving A1 Advice. My Life Has changed With the Knowledge he dropped. Thank you guys at Producergrind
Khasi McDaniel ✊✊✊
So if he's got 7,000 placements, think about all of the beats that didn't get placements. I bet this man has made 15k - 20k beats or even more. 🙏🙏
HellaBeats amen 🙏🏽
hella beats
Goat status
I think most producers probably have made that many or more off the record
God damn bro I havent even made 700 beats and mans has 7000 PLACEMENTS
not to mention he spoke about taking time to make beats, or at least when he wants to 'create create'. so not sure if thats all the time, but still
rautsh sale yeah bro he even said around the 50:00 mark that he designs all his sounds and shit like no presets
C note a legend bro fr 💯
ProdaSound facts bro I didn’t even know how legendary he was until watching this through
@@carsonbeats5689 Same bro same makes me want to go back and listen to his beats
So true. I like c-note, he responds to my comments every ones in a while on Instagram. He is very humble.

1:21:00 "My body is a different entity from who I am"...the realest thing he said this whole interview & this interview was FULL of gems. S/o Honorable C Note, people need to become more aware of this world we live in.
Bro that’s crazy he said Bobby Womack bro I been listening to his shit all week
Precciate this. C-Note one of my favorite producers all-times. We need that Johnny Juliano interview now dawg.
facts
And Southside 🦸♀️
@@Producergrind BIG OLE FACTS
Its Just Dee word
@@Producergrind add DJ Fresh, The Mekanix, and Traxamillion to that list too. Bay Area's Finest, pioneers and some of the dopest producers out the west coast
13:33 Producers, ya'll gotta add this to your drum kit, this shit some fire ass VOX/Chant
Monsi 😂😂😂😂
Its perfect lmao no background noise or nothing
Sooooo true on that tempo shit. Ableton is 120 and i swear to god I can play without a metronome perfectly at 120 lol
Yes This was an Honorable podcast 🎯💯
CNote put the snare you hear everywhere on the map. Used it like 10 years ago. Also put the dirty 808 distortion on the map. The triplet kicks and snares at the end of the bar. Also put the sub bass on slide pitch.
💯🙌
I think Drumma Boy did the triplet kicks first.
@@sjpublishing7596 na Drumma was doing 1/2 kick rolls. Servin lean from Cnote was like the first time I heard a track use them triplets on the kick. But that's not to undermine the other GOAT Drumma. Drumma done pioneered alot of shit. Drumma like the first producer I'd hear with 2 separate hi hat rolls , one with a steady 1/2 step and the second with all the 1/3, 1/6 rolls. He's responsible for alot more, but Cnote is responsible and known for them kick rolls.
DJ Toomp not the one to start doing that or Mannie?
@@DANYALLAYNAD yeah I’m from Nola and I def remember Minnie Fresh hitting them triplet kicks like in Lights Out with Wayne
Always looked up to CNote! The Trap Quincy 🕺🏾
Akai Mike Facts!!
they should reach for the real Quincy Interview B4 hes gone
The way he did his impression of himself as a kid at 2:20 😂😂
Dope Interview.. Had a studio across from C Note back in 09 at Vision's Studios in Atlanta. He had some of the hardest beats I ever heard back then and was goin crazy asf with his snare rolls lol. Use to share drum sounds and production tips because I always use to knock on his studio door and ask how the f%ck you doing them snare rolls bruh sheesh lol. I still got a unreleased beat that he played some keys on for me. Got chance to collab with Kane Beatz also whom he spoke of in the interview. Alot of dope producers/artist & songwriters who blew up in Atlanta at some point had a room in Visions back in the day or recored there. Congrats on all your success bro, hella inspiration..
My man is full of wisdom! I'm hip to the spiritual side of life bro is speaking facts
💯
One of the most underrated producers
Y'all uploaded this right before I had to go on a long ass drive. Just in time
Devin Crenshaw bruh I know the feeling💯.. if you know you know...
C-Note invented the Distorted 808 before these Soundcloud Producers discovered ..........
@@sad_is_fiction smd
whats your point?
Yeah, he produced dark night dummo
He the first producer I ever heard use it in his fashion 🔥
He said 'Soundcloud producers' 😂
Producersgrind finally gonna take over🔥🔥🙏

This video was so much inspiration & motivation 💪🏾 C Note 💯 coming from a producer from the streets
C Note & Cicero interviewers my top 2 so far .
He is one of the very few legit "Trap Producers" and an immaculate producer in general. I'm so glad to see this. I'm new to this channel and he's the one that brought me here. I stayed because this podcast seems quality. I like the hosts and going to check out the back catalog. These 2 guys seem like pretty good hosts.

C NOTE a legend
C note one of my fav.
C Note one of the best for sure
cnote is a beat maker genius. one thing i always noticed was his hi hats and long hats patterns, a telltale sign of a cnote beat.
I agree about listening to Christmas Music, he's dropping Dime's!!
19:53 I remember listening to this a few years ago when he said that but didn’t really understand it at the time. It’s crazy because after getting into music production I started to get into spirituality more. And had a spiritual awakening
