Hi guys, Robin here. I wanted to thank Jonny for featuring my park, and everyone else for their lovely reaction. It awesome, really. Sadly something did went wrong regarding the copyrights, i thought it was fair to use, due to miscommunication. Which is a real bummer. However i hope everyone enjoyed. Thanks again Jonny for al the hard work on this one. Also forgot to mention, that there was one creation i should give credit for. The only thing i did not create myself. Its the Eagle, which is Pitzony's creation, a recreation of Raptor from Cedar Point.
Did you use any other parks for inspiration other than SDC and Dollywood? I feel like I see a little bit of Worlds of Fun, in Kansas City, Mo in some places, however it may just be Cedar Fair in general.
@@panda72418 hi! No, im european (dutch) and the only park i visited in the US was SFMM, so i just went be the general vibe that videos of Dollywood and SDC gave me. I did use a recreation of Raptor from CP and also Blue Streak (Old Macdonald). Monkey Town, The Wild , Injector and Flying Turns were inspired by coasters based in the Netherlands. WoF i dont know, so ill check to see what thats like!
Yep I knew it was raptor by the layout. That was fantastic. You did a phenomenal job here. Are you a member of ACE? You have perfectly captured each style. From Arrow to B&M to RMC. Great job.
@@benwinegarner4797 Thanks for the compliment! Im not a member. I had to google what it was tbh. Im also not American, im not quite sure if being a member benefits me as a European, but i'll check it out. Im a plain and simple enthousiast. The reason why the coasters look the part, is because i always use reallife examples as reference when i build. I do this also with buildings btw. If you look closely to the Wild West main street, many buildings do actually exist in real life. Those are buildings in Port Aventura and several are in Disney parks. Using pictures or video's of real life examples, help with creating realistic coasters/buildings.
Great park! Coasters were great as well! Eagle was a clone of Raptor at CP and The Wild was extremely similar to Untamed at Walabi, but no complaints. Those are great rides IRL. Great work!
Nicely spotted. Raptor was indeed a remake, but so was old macdonald, the woody, it was also from CP, blue streak. Untamed did serve as a inspiration for the Wild at Walibi, but also Injector was inspired by a Walibi ride, Goliath.
@@Anubislive81 I knew Old McDonald looked similar to Blue Streak! I just forgot to include it haha. I totally see the inspiration from Goliath as well! 🙂
Yeah, me too. They said Dollywood & Silver Dollar City…which I can kinda see. But, it’s too flat. Both of those are in the mountains (where I’m from). So, this has more of a Cedar Point & Kings Island vibe, to me.
This was a great park, I couldn't tell if the rollercoasters were slower in some spots because of framerate or not. But other than this park was great. I am working on something similar, doesn't look like this or anything, but I am trying to build a mega park or just huge park, that can hold as many guest as possible. Right not, I have 18 flat rides, 5 coasters, 4 transports, 107 facilities with over 9,000 guest and it is still running smooth. Hopefully I can keep it up.
It's obvious this builder is a coaster enthusiast. The invert layout was damn near perfect B&M course. The RMC even had a fun outer bank turn before the lift hill. And the boomerang layout was exact. I'm so completely impressed.
I just started playing this game within the last month. Just found this channel recently and my love for this game and the community is skyrocketing. I've learned so much just from the park reviews you've posted.
This one def. gets most immersive so far this year for me. I like the other mega parks, but they do a lot of stuff that couldn't actually be built either due to cost or what they do with the terrain.
Huge fan of this! I would definitely buy a season pass lol. Bob sled was my favorite I think, combo of the ride itself and the music made a really fun experience. Great job!
Good layout and diversity in the park. Does optimizing mean "less details"? Because the queues were a bit... empty? The different sections were nicely done and spaced out though!
That’s what I thought, too. They Just didn’t overload everything down, with crazy scenery & effects. It’s like they did juicy above the bare minimum, for that, I noticed. But, it does make it more realistic for a Cedar Fairs or Six Flags park.
I don’t really like when people create a B&M Inverted roller coaster but make the Zero G Roll look odd but I like the clone of Raptor at Cedar Point and Monster which is a Raptor clone at Walygator Parc in France
Didn't work out with the media. o_O I hope Jonny is not salty and still loves to use custom media. (p.s. RUclips library ;) ) Nevertheless, really good park, like it a lot. Only little thingy, yea it's recognizable why it's still running good, but cool to see a big park with guests.
I liked this park, more than a lot of the ones that look too busy and unreal. I want parks with more guest. The guest makes the parks feel more alive, without them the parks look dead. And, this park still look dead, in that sense. There was guest there, but not enough for my liking. I want to see it crowded. I want the que lines full. I want to be realistic enough for that to work, but not overly done. But is just me.
@@robertcherman You are not alone with this opinion. It's just we don't get the performance patch from frontier we were hoping for sooooo long. My hopes are gone. May some competition would have helped but currently there is none. May park beyond helps a bit or even planco 2 is already in development and they hopefully listen to the community :D
This is a ton of inspiration to keep going learning this game. This is awesome. My one complaint would be some of the music just... doesn't fit? Like the fireworks music is really big and epic when I guess I would have thought it should have been more... celebratory? Same with the music in river rapids and log flume, it was there... but not enough to enhance the rides for me, and kind of droning. But the visuals are incredible, the amount of attention in each and every ride is breathtaking!
I think the Planet Coaster devs kinda missed the mark on the suspended swinging coasters, like Iron Dragon, The Bat, & Big Bad Wolf. They made the physics a bit off, & they swing TOO much, Withoit coming back to center quick enough. I think that’s why they’re rarely utilized.
Curious as I only have 150 hours in PlanCo, but how do you go about these Mega Parks as a builder? Do you have a plan going in? Do you have an idea for one area, and build out from there and intergrate as you go? I'm curious as to whether you start with layouts or ride distribution and start from there :)
I guess theres multiple ways. In this case it started with The wild and the log flume. At that point i started to create the path layout and then build along the paths. What i do as well, beside creating parks, is creating blueprints. Like 8 coasters in this park were created by me before i even started on this park. All the buildings in the Wild west area were like 2 years old already, and they are on my workshop as well. Creating stuff in a empty park is a lot less stressfull , and you can always use them later for your park.
@@Anubislive81 Thanks for the insight! I guess I need to work on a bunch of smaller elements and work on theming them into a larger park, as opposed to trying to fill a large park from the ground up, thanks! :D
Most immersive only for you really..so many copyright strikes. He spent over a year on it but didn't sort that out. Kind of sad really. Ruins it for us watching on youtube.

Lots of bonus points for functionality. All the guests looked energetic and happy, shops had vendors, paths made sense. Very nice simple park.
Amazing park. Reminds me of CP . Johnny 5 keep Coastering.

I love that Anubis based the Wild on the Untamed steel-topped wooden coaster from Walibi Holland
As a terrain & painting freak, well done, I that regard
I wish the rapids and log flumes had actual water physics. Maybe a feature for Planet Coaster 2?
Huge fan of this! I would definitely buy a season pass lol. Bob sled was my favorite I think, combo of the ride itself and the music made a really fun experience. Great job!
The structure at Sawdust going across the path would be an aqueduct I think
Love this park! So fun, launched wing is my favorite since it’s crazy!
My favourite coaster? Can’t decide. I do like this park although it’s almost a little bit to big for me.

@@BramBergs @Batch_ Thanks for that tip, i found it and it seems absolutely great thank you!
Loved this, great park, great effort to make it usable, to Mark’s to the creator for looking into all elements of the sim 👏
Gonna be bumping up to ruby patreon. Soon
This is an amazing park so much details
Great job
On the first coaster he did all this stuff to make everything look nice but why were the candlesticks floating in the air

Eagle = Raptor at Cedar Point -- Same layout
The park does have a Dollywood vibe to it

Good googily moogily
one day ill catch your livestream! due to time zones i always miss it
i wish you would go on the flat rides in these videos, it would be nice to see how the scenery looks from inside the ride
the Eagle = Raptor ...nice near 100% clone copy down to the track color
Raptor has green supports
"How do I get on you?"
Thats what she said.
If you want better frames in planet coaster you should probably upgrade your gpu from a gtx 1080.
does anyone know what toolkit items this park uses, the creator didn't list it, just said to subscribe to it.
What software is this? Is this roller coaster tycoon!
Planet Coaster
What is the song that plays on The Flying Turns.
Ticket to Ride Soundtrack - Switzerland
