sir i wwant to know what is difference between state by and state = for example
1. val state by viewmodel.HomeScreenState, and 2. val state = viewmodel.HomeScreenState

1. State = direct assignment of value and variable initialisation
2. State by, is delegation, delegating to different object
Simple way to figure out is to start logging the variable in the both cases, before and after accessing it
