UPDATE: CINDY IS RETIRING! So she is not taking on new clients at this time. However - Just reach out to destinationweddings.com and they will set you up with someone!
I’m feeling crushed at the moment due to room block contract. If I don’t have 10 rooms it’s likely my wedding would be cancelled. Idk what to do or if I should sign.
We are sending digital save the dates for our destination wedding. Do you recommend sending our wedding website/RSVP form too? Or did your guests RSVP through the booking website for their rooms?
Thanks for the video. How did you decide on Mexico vs other countries? And about the cost - the baseline wedding package is $6000 but you mentioned 15k? Can you clarify where the other costs came from?
Cabo was the most accessible for the group that's how we decided! We upgraded most of the things that were included in our package! Like they had a certain chair provided and we wanted nicer wooden ones. So that's how the expenses added up past the baseline!
This video was so so helpful! We are getting married at Pacifica next fall and I was wondering the name of the coordinator you had as they sounded so helpful. I was also wondering if you provided the menu and name tags or if this was done by the resort? They are so cute. Thanks so much! Jaelin
some favorites were the charlotte tilbury flawless filter foundation + good setting powder like the laura mercier translucent powder! we just made sure to set everything and spray the crap out of our faces with the urban decay all nighter spray! thankfully the day wasn't as humid as we anticipated so we didnt have makeup issues!
When you brought your photographer who stayed at the resort. Did you pay for their food at the reception or how did their break work for the day? We are bringing our videographer and photographer and just need some insight on this!
I know you upgraded your florals. Were you able to keep them (not your bouquets) but all the other floral arrangements. I know it was a destination wedding and you probably left the florals over there so was there a discount because they were basically able to keep flowers you paid for to use again for another wedding or another event.
everyone said it was going to be so hot and humid and we didnt experience that! the weather was pretty comfortable and warm! the side we were on was breezier so that helped!
arrogant. unoriginal. rude. least thoughtful idea of all time. None of your friends and family want to spend their money and PTO on your epic quest to copy what you see on TV. Get over yourself.
Quick question I plan on doing a destination wedding to only thing I'm trying to figure out is how much did your guests have to pay to join your wedding
I answered this below in a comment! "I am not sure! nightly was around $300 + flights! so id assume around $1500 or so! but it was an all inclusive so that included all food and drink!"
@@26Sundrops I literally cannot fathom that. Wish you good luck on yours. Remember that you don't need to impress your guests. As long as your and your partner have a blast thats all that matters
@@gumerzambrano We have plenty of money so it's not a problem at all for us to spend that. We're having amazing food and well over 100 guests in a high-cost area, so that's just how it shakes out. We're also taking a ~10k honeymoon internationally. Basically the point is that spending for stuff like this is entirely relative.
@@885Blackjack stop complaining whoever accepted the invitation needed a vacation. I know so many people who look forward to getting invited to destination wedding because it’s their vacation as well

The more expensive and further away you do a wedding the less amount of people will go

Did this include a post wedding ceremony/ party
Love the video! Can you share some of the makeup products that were recommended for the highly humidity?

We didn't keep them! I didn't ask tbh! So no discount! But I did take my bouquet home!
how did you do this! Any tips?@@rosieandryan4058
Hi! Love your video!! We are thinking a wedding in Cabo in July. How was the weather? Was it super hot and humid?

Do you happen to remember what wedding package you chose for Pueblo Bonito?
I think it was the largest one we could at the time! it included the most but they were running a valentines day special when we booked!
About how many people did you invite? Just trying to gage a percentage.

Did you have to tie the knot in the Us first?
yes we got married legally in jan 2021 and then in cabo with friends in july 2021!
Did the 30,000 include the rehearsal dinner or was that separate?
included that as well! it was our welcome bonfire with the resort for the 30 of us and that included a taco bar and open bar!
Was your marriage recognized by the united states?
As a guy spending 30k on a wedding sounds absolutely crazy
Good luck buddy
Lololol. It is but even that is low. We’re trying to stay under 50k for ours next year

yes we did!
