Well to introduce myself,
I Have been in the fish keeping for more than two decades.
Like most of you, it all started with a hobby and gradually turned into a profession.
But I still consider myself as a hobbyist
Coz it's more a passion than a profession.
Over the years I have raised many fish species such as guppies,endlers, freshwater angelfish, oscars, arrowanas Sting rays and discus.
And had success in breeding fish varieties like guppies, fresh water angelfish, discus and Flowerhorns.
Since Last 5 years I have been commercially breeding and raising freshwater angelfish and discus fishes.
Through the RUclips Channel medium would love to share my experience and knowledge in fish keeping and breeding over the years.
As my channel name suggests my videos would mostly focus on the Discus fish but also I would upload some of my fish videos other than Discus which I had raised and bred in past years.

I have 7 discus fishes in different varieties.
4 discus fishes become dark while light goes shut off, when we starts it again they become in original looks.

Dear I hv glow tetra and tiger barbs in 80 gal tank with 10 gal sump filter total 90 gal tank. Can I add discus in same tank with Glow Tetra and Tiger barbs. My tank is open from top so discus can jump out or not.

Bhai ek chiz dekhi hai.. humesha background white hi kyu hota hai? kya black nahi rakh sakte?
Sir white background is best for discus fish coz discus has a tendency to camouflage with its background
Black background rakhenge toh discus dark ho jayega and peppering bhi hoga
Black background is recommended only for albino varieties

No Sir it’s really risky
It’s mandatory indeed
Discus do need aeration all time
If less or no aeration it might affect the gills and fish would eventually die
Also you never know if there ammonia spike at night
So I really recommend you sir for aeration all time

Sir will suggest go for 2.5 to 3 inches for first
Par jara paise ka problem hai to baby size is better lagta hai muje mere pass tank size 42-18-14 ka tank hai

@@DiscusNinja ok dear, I want to keep bare bottom tank is it necessary to place white or black paper under tank so that discus fish can't see himself in bottom glass. I hv glow tetra so I can't put paper under tank now what I can do.
@@DiscusNinja in my area tap water ph is 7.8 can I keep discus. if no then can I add guava driftwood to reduce ph till 6.5 or 7 suitable for discus it will work or not.
