Loving the bug. I want to do the same with mine. Currently running the standard engine then I put a turbo on it. I would like to progress to bike engine. Would you mind giving me some pointers as to what's best to use or not. Many thanks jamie. I hope to hear back from you
Thanks Jamie. We used a GSXR 600 motor as it was supplied and partly fitted. It was more then enough power but I'd love to build one with a 1000cc bike engine. We used Mazda MX5 hubs. Quite common in kit car builds, easy to work with and get parts. Also well made.
