Ok but honestly when you guys started talking about being overwhelmingly stressed out by situation or just things in life, that is something that God is definitely working on with me. I didn't even realize how much it was damaging my health and state of mind until recently. Its just so amazing how the word of God tells us not to worry multiple times and what we should do instead, God already knew that stress wouldn't be good for us whatsoever. It isn't a product of God's Spirit working in us and can make it hard to hear His voice.
