So I play way too much DCS and now this game and the other night my girl she say’s…. “U flying tonight or u boating” I about lost my shit. 😂 Anyways love the vids keep it up, can’t wait for release.
To regain breathable air while underwater, potassium permanganate placed in the ventilation system is useful but it's expensive and turning it on is noisy. It does its job fast though but it also gets consumed very fast. Only place a handful inside it, then turn on the ventilation when necessary, the rest stays in storage.
This is for use in desperate situations- don't want to surface or make noise. I always keep ventilator max filled up, plus much more in storage. And only activate it manually in 1st person view, to be able to turn it off quickly.
@@ivilivo Well I never get to use it though. Even in emergency situations, its use is pretty limited with 9 hours of oxygen, unless sailing underwater (below snorkel depth) for extended periods of time. Just don't get caught is the best advice. Often times, getting compartments filled with water is the biggest problem and require to be fixed very fast otherwise you are screwed and can't resurface at all down deep.
@Doomguy-777 Tbh, can't remember when I used them last time (recently reinstalled game). But do remember that I had a very bad time, unlucky plus bad decisions- desperately wishing for more potassium. Believe I survived with several dead crew. Great fun 😊!! Since then, always bring a lot of potassium.
The house looks suspiciously large for a mere sailor on a U-Boat. War ships can also potentially detect T2/electric torpedoes by hydrophone, as all torpedoes make high frequency sounds while travelling. Your own sonar operator for sure can hear them. But does the game actually react to it?
is there any credibility to the rumors that ships will have weird/differing speeds after loading a save? I was doing some experimentation via save scumming and couldnt get results to replicate how I expected

3 minutes in and I'm laughing my ass off. Never seen this game or you before but i instantly subbed, and I never usually sub to anyone.
I appreciate you saying so! Thanks so much, and welcome!
