I drew a trend line from the lows of January 2009, passing through the peak of May 2015. This line is respected in May, July, and October of 2018, October of 2021, and in September of 2023. It gives an approximate target price of around 100 dollars in the medium term.

When the US told Ukraine to stop bombing Russian refineries since it woulf impact the global oil price, and both Saudi and Russia is continuing limited oil production, I felt oil would be going to $100. Not to add fuel to the fire, we are at very high war risk in Ukraine and Middle East
