Alfie I do similar brain games when I try to fall asleep! It works! for example think of a name and then try to think of names or words that start with the two last letters like Mike -> Kevin -> Ingrid etc.

I’m obsessed with solitaire too! I used to play everyday trying to beat my fastest time but then it made me feel lonely (solitary!) so I stopped. I might bring it back though after seeing you play.
