Na, she was in love with Theseus, who was supposed to slay the beast of the Labyrinth, the minotaur. She gives him the thread so that he can unwind it, find the minotaur, slay it and wind it back to find his way out of the Labyrinth. I love how Asaf uses the whole song as a metaphor for what's going on in his mind and what he's feeling.
