I feel like he read the whole kpop community for filth with this. Wonho has been through it, but it's not just him. How many idols have had their career impacted by people just casually talking shit without realizing these are people with feelings?
I think it's a closing song to what happened to him at the time. The car at the end of the video, running him over, I think is the same one from the debut video Losing You (which he drives) and it's a metaphor for closing that chapter or book in order to be able to go back and move forward without any ties. That's why the lyrics are also very similar in context to those of Losing You. Even the set of the video is similar. Love your reactions always! ♥
Thank you for reacting to Wonho again!! This is one of the few songs he didn't write or have a part in writing! Regardless, I enjoyed your commentary and thoughts on the lyrics. Great vid, and grateful for your continued support of Wonho!
You are right he didn’t have a part in writing or anything in this song. But his team who does help him and write and everything they do know what he went through and the pain he felt when he had to leave monsta x and why he left and what happened. They know what happened and how it made him feel. And for me I think they took inspiration from it and this could have been his way of finally being able to express how it made him feel. I’m with a lot of monbebe/weenee. Thinking that this song is probably about what happened to him and how badly he was betrayed. So yes you are right he didn’t partake in any of the writing or production of the song. I just feel that what happened to him was the inspiration behind the song. And if that is true I’m glad he was able to finally express something and how it made him feel. :)
@ this wasn’t written by his team either. It was written by Joe Kearns, Finn Askew, Sam Merrifield, and Ines Dunnand. You’re free to interpret the song as you wish despite that fact, but my comment was simply for the sake of proper information in relation to Ben’s lovely video. Respectfully I disagree with you, but Wonho has every right to sing about whatever he pleases regardless of your opinion!
