Have you thought of self catering? We go to Sitges several times a year and always hire an apartment from StaySitges . We love the independence and being able to come and go as we please. All apartments have washing machines which means we can travel with just hand luggage.
Hi Ian. Very good advice. Not sure whether you go for the bear events at all but the event in September is so popular that so many places sell out well in advance and that is especially the case for airbnb properties or apartments. Because of the demand prices also go through the roof. We usually use airbnb a lot so appreciate the benefits of having a full apartment with all its conveniences rather than a hotel. We went May this year as it is half the price for accommodation and less crowded and will def consider looking for an apartment if we go in May again. 🙂
Thanks for your lovely comment. The block that we stayed in would not be suitable as there were steps but no ramp to enter. I believe the main part of the hotel/pool/restaurant is wheelchair friendly but i can't answer for sure about the accommodation block by the pool. My advice would be to mail the hotel and ask, we had to contact them for something and they were very quick at replying. The staff at the hotel are super nice. Sorry i couldn't give you full answer but looking at access for people with mobility issues will be something we will address more moving forward. 🙂
