Regarding the 5, 10, 20 year rules, does the count down start from the date a retroactive payment is calculated or from the date of a decision letter? I have received conflicting answers to this question.
Hi, my dad is deceased and he was at camp Lejume. VA said they can't find his record by his social security number that I have, I don't know how his dd214 paper was misplaced. How can I receive the correct ssn and dd214 paper? Tks

The Dic is taking longer then 11 months to process even when you got cut clean case ..

Can a servicing veteran wife receive DIC if receiving serving spouce payments?
That’s suppose to be serviving
