I know, if this continues, sorry, but I'm gonna have to unsubsribe from "Nick and Jodies" channel. Such a shame as I've really enjoyed their "reaction" videos.
Bees don't always die, if leave it after sting, it will spin around until got stinger back out I got stung by a hornet, never bee or normal wasp, even when burn wasp nest
Bee are lovely, they get on with their own business and avoid people. Wasps though…..aggressive, nasty little buggers…looking for trouble. P.s I’m the panicker 😂😂😂😂
Audio quality from the new mics much improved from their initial introduction on your earlier video. However, a little more ‘tweaking’ is still required in the Audio Settings, to fully accommodate transitions from normal conversational speech, to louder excitable speech patterns. As some distortion was noticeable in your after video discussion, in the instances when the bee/wasp conversations suddenly became excitably louder. Still and enjoyable video though! 😊
I had a friend who was terrified of wasps... He was once drving through the village he lived in with a friend in the passenger seat when a wasp flew in the window, He literally dived out of the van while it was moving and left his passenger... Luckily he was driving though a village, so not going to fast and the passenger grabbed the wheel till the van stopped!
True. Sounds like speaking from inside an empty gallon jug of cider, and a plastic one at that. Nothing wrong with the content though. Hope it was good cider (scrumpy) 😀.
I've got a phobia of wasps and bees. My ex didn't seem to take it too seriously. Whenever I went into a state of panic, she would say " here comes the ministry of silly walks".
When I first watched this episode, I was crying I was laughing so hard, micheal mcintyre is my 2nd favourite comedian after lee evans, also I'm a wafter that can upgrade to total panicker 😂😂
The sound is a little better today , I used to be a stay still until a wasp which was buzzing around happily behind me for ten minutes on an otherwise empty bus stung me in the back of my neck . Nowadays with wasps it's a bit of an avoidance policy . Bees on the other hand are fine , they happily buzz quietly on flowers and will only sting in the most dire circumstances as most die themselves from the encounter . Indoors I'm a pint glass and cardboard man trapping and releasing outside . Hornets are rare here but there are more reports as the climate warms .
I've been the waft then run type person ever since a nightmare incident while out horse riding. In the middle of nowhere, on a very nervous young horse and a wasp starts buzzing around me. So i waft it away. During a waft (oh jeez that sounds wrong lmao) the damn wasp managed to fly closer instead of away, and it went inside my jacket collar. So i had to not scream and freak out so the horse didn't bolt, but also had to find and remove the wasp. By the time i found it it had got me 4 times, which is how i learnt i'm kinda allergic to being stung. Not horrendously allergic (no epi pen needed etc) but holy hives!! NOT the best hack i went on
You say it left so you are correct to stay still, but the thing is the wafters usually get it to leave faster, so by your argument they [we] are actually right.
I'm a mix. I don't panic, but I calmly trap it in the room with open windows and hope it goes out. If it's a wasp and it doesn't go out, I'll kill it, but I won't kill bees.
The only time I'm a swatter (and perhaps a screamer) is when I'm seeing it on my skin before feeling it, and then it's an instinct. If someone tells me there's a wasp/bee/hornet on me I won't panic like that, so I guess it's just some stupid reflex that makes me react irrationally.
@jonenih it's only honey bees that die if they properly sting but they are generally more docile so usually need to be provoked to sting, also I've found that honey bees do a sort of warning sting where its not so deep to damage themselves and only do a full penetrative sting when provoked or defending the hive.
I put my jacket on when I didn't know I had a wasp on my arm. I couldn't lift my arm for two weeks. I'm still the person in the house to remove wasps as my husband is the one running and screaming. I love bees.
Your audio is a bit better today, but still is clipping, at least according to my instruments. I can't tell if it's the new mics or the software settings you are using.
When I hear a buzzz I stop and find out where it's coming from and slowly move towards the sound to identify the source. If it's a fly I'll kill it, if it's a bee I'll try and open a window and waft it out, if I'm outside I'll ignore it; if it's a WASP I'm out of here, inside I go outside and outside I go in. If I'm outside and can't go in (in a park, field etc) I'll keep running, assuming it's chasing me, not stopping until I can't run anymore when I collapse and let the thing sting me if it really wants to.
I once woke up to a bedroom full of wasps (Vespula vulgaris) and by the time I got out of bed and out of the room i'd been stung 14 times! The little buggers had built a nest under the roof eavs and chewed their way through into my bedroom and atleast a dozon or so had ended up under the duvet with me. I didn't swat them or scream, I just ran out the room and shut the door behind me in the space of around 2 seconds!... I had never gotten out of bed so fast before or since! 😂
When I was young, one came close to me while Sunbathing, I panic I got stung, I try to keep a distance, I keep still, it depends, if it land and doesn't sting you, it will fly off. Heard about yellow jacket, they sound terrifying
I used to be a stay stiller but since discovering I'm allergic to beestings I avoid and maybe panic a bit. My dad's a beekeeper here in the UK. Bees die if they sting you so will avoid if possible, their sting is barbed so it's hard to get the stings out. Wasps on the other hand can sting multiple times as their sting is more like a needle 💉. Both also release a pheromone warning of danger when they sting. Bee and wasp venom are different, wasp venom is alkaline and bee venom is acid. So if you use the opposites it should neutralise the venoms.
Nick: 'Did you just fall asleep?' Jodi: 😴😯No 🤫' 🤣🤣 I am a combination of all three, usually with the running away being extremely loud. Love your videos your discussions always entertain keep up the great work 🤘
Albert Einstein: "If the bee disappeared off the face of the Earth, man would only have four years left to live. No more bees, no more pollination, no more plants, no more animals, no more man."
I don't panic, but I don't freeze, I just continue like it isn't there I've been stung only once in my life I was a naked toddler on the beach on holiday & got stung on the ass, but bugs on the other hand love to bite me, I've been bitten by a spider more than I've been stung by a bee or wasp
I found an excellent way of getting rid of wasps from your roof spaces Had to do a job in the customers roof space and there was a wasp nest and they were a little annoyed It was my Radio The next day, not one, what was there It was the vibration from the speakers This customer had wasps in his roof space every year and had to and had to call the exterminator. After that, he put a radio in the loft to a cable in the cupboard, and when he saw the wasps around the eaves he switch the radio on before going to work and they wouldn’t nest in the roof space again. They hate the vibration from speakers
I don't buy the whole "stay still" thing. When I was a kid I fell asleep with my bedroom window open and I was suddenly awoken by a sharp pain. As soon as I felt that sharp pain, I felt another, then another. I had been too groggy to really react at first but by the 6th or 7th sting I flung back my covers to find about 20 wasps in my bed - I was stung 11 times in the end. I jumped out of bed and ran to the bathroom screaming in pain - but once I had run away I was not stung anymore. It turns out there was a wasp's nest on the flat roof just outside my window we did not know about and, over the night, a whole bunch of them had entered my room and landed on me, under my covers, in bed. I was asleep, I wasn't moving or reacting to them at all, and yet they not only found their way onto me, they ruthlessly stung me. Wasps are evil. Bees & Bumblebees are different - I'm fine with them (although I do get nervous when they're stuck indoors as they get angry when they can't get out) but wasps (and especially hornets) ought to be terminated.
I‘m totally fine with the audio. Didn‘t bother me at all. I think there‘s no better scream than Michael McIntyre screaming 😂. Absolutely hilarious! So funny! I‘m somewhere in between a wafter and the person who‘s completely loosing it when there‘s a wasp near me.
A) audio is fine, dont worry about gboard warriors - they need to change their speakers, LOL. B) You could start beeking - your own honey on the pancakes!
Other than that, you sound like you're in the room with me. LOVE the Dolby Atmos. Crystal clear audio from Nick and Jodie on the new microphones. It's almost giving me a tingling effect in my ear just like AMSR. Have you tried recording in Dolby TrueHD with thoese new mics. Anyway, audio quality is "Better than life" itself. UNBELIEVABLE.
I don’t understand the poor audio comments because I can and always do hear them and what they’re watching perfectly. By far, this is my favourite reaction channel! You guys are just great to watch! Feel like you should both be honorary British citizens by now
Sorry guys audio is bad again.
Jodie, just call Nick an idiot for trying to defend his ridiculous biting argument. Keep up the good work you two. You always make me smile 😂
The old audio was perfect shame because I love your videos

All stay stillers will eventually become one of the other two, usually after twenty seconds 😂
I'm a total panicker but only with wasps, I love bees
I respect my foe. If I've managed to escape the room to grab the can of Raid, I could be stalking that thing in the living room for weeks.
Bee are lovely, they get on with their own business and avoid people. Wasps though…..aggressive, nasty little buggers…looking for trouble. P.s I’m the panicker 😂😂😂😂

Oscar-worthy falling asleep acting there Jodi! :D
I'm a number 4 then, bees and wasps, I gently catch them or guide them to an opening, if I get stung its just part of the fun.

Wasp stings hurt, my dad had to remove the tail with tweezers I remember the pain. 🇬🇧👵🤔

Horse flies bite wasps bees and hornets sting. The horse fly is probably what he’s thinking of.
