Полсотни лет прошло. Но, как и в своей юности,- я тащусь от этого хита, лишь только где его услышу. Или сам поставлю под настроение. Великая музыка. Простая и понятная. На все времена.
There’s something so captivating and mysterious sounding (almost provoking a feeling of some sort of prophetic like introspection, or a ruminative & grandly reflective experience within one’s thoughts, in some ways a quasi-mystical experience) when it comes to the sound of that high opening guitar riff and it’s continuation throughout the song. Kinda provides a grounding and nostalgic or melancholic feeling/vibe to the song.

One of the best bands of the 60's without a doubt. Along with Cream, The Who, Pink Floyd, Steppenwolf,Deep Purple, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix Experience, Rolling stones and the Beatles (even though im not a huge fan and they are a little overrated I still respect them). The 60's was truly a magical time for rock and pop music.
I'd definitely like Simon and Garfunkel to be added, if you consider the duo to be a band, and at least at par with the Beatles. Much later, The ABBA with their very refreshing and simple tunes but they split up too early. They had the potential to be with the greats.
This song brings back just one of many fond memories of my brother. He was thirteen years older than me and played drums in a popular local band. I remember sitting in his living room on a rainy Saturday morning, listening to this song over and over and writing down the lyrics for his singer. They got the song together and I remember listening to them play it. Still one of my favorites.
My older brother had this song playing when I was three. I loved it then & still love it today! 😊 Sorry for your loss. Music is a great way to hold someone in your heart.

“The only noise now was the rain, pattering softly with the magnificent indifference of nature for the tangled passions of humans.” Sherwood Smith . . . . Will

In 1967 ,I was 4 years old ,so happy !
Просто большое,Вам,благодарю!
grew up with this lovely innocenct intentions of a better world. sorry i got lost somewhere along the 73 year old road but what music!

Wishbone Ash...CSNY...Uriah Heap ...so so so many more...
I know musical tastes are subjective, but how can anyone dislike this?
CCR are one of the best bands ever
Tell this to kids who listen to trap house etc
It'll never get old until the end of universe😌
Creedence Clearwater was the name of the band and Revival was the name of their first album.
@@vickiri2475 thank you Vicki. When I got older I joined my brother in the band and I have many sweet memories of playing gigs together. Didn’t make much money but we had fun!
It’s finally raining in Australia

@@carlostorresalvarado9842 Took him long enough! And he hasn't put all the fires out yet, he must have gotten bored halfway through...
Good, that Country is bigger than America that was crazy.
@@logawinner Not having a go, just pointing out that it's not bigger than America. The USA is more than 2 million square kilometres larger than Australia.
For my money, this is one of the all-time great rock songs -- thanks for posting this old bit of aural genius!
I play this all the time!
My uncle would sing this around the camp fire every year on my birthday when the whole family went camping. It's always been in my top favorites :)
no se qe chingados disen pero me encanta el ritmo aunqe mi qerida esposa se encabrone
That is special!!!
that's probably the coolest thing I've heard. still the the rain kept falling rapid golden chain and I wonder still I wonder Who'll Stop The Rain
I wish I could be there to sing this song with your uncle. Such a wonderful song! :)

Masterpiece. The best song from an incredible catalog.
This tune is very inspiring and it comes with built in age maturation and spreads like branches of a very old tree. Can't figure why it's to be confused with a Christmas tree.
I am 24 years old and this is my favorite band alongside the Red Hot chilli Peppers
Great music is both timely and timeless. CCR made truly great music.
CCR is a true musical classic!
“The only noise now was the rain, pattering softly with the magnificent indifference of nature for the tangled passions of humans.”

Whenever I i hear this song I get nostalgic for a life I never lived
One of the greater songs of the early seventies
Absolutely my favorite one 👍
CÓMO SE LLAMA EL
LOVE CCR, always have, always will. This song and many others bring tears to my eyes...
Это гимн нашей мо лодости
А кому не нравится пусть идут на х р
It does that. A reminder to many of us about our younger days, what was, and what should have been. My Vietnam experience left me wondering about what could have been. At least, I do not have to wonder what Vietnam would have been like for me.
Then and now I'm still wondering who... And when will HE RETURN TO STOP IT...
Masterpiece. I'm very sure this song will perpetuate through all ages. I always asked my self why my dad keep insisting in hearing Creedance and oldschool songs, now I realize it's because the comming up musics are all trash, for real. Damn this generation and a super hail to my dad for making me love this epic music and group aswell.
Respect from Brazil!
start from 1963 (the beatles) and listen to everything from then on up to about 1979.you'll come out the other side a much better person.
***** ok Mr Pedantic, not EVERYTHING,but with the Beatles as a reference point, the shit will easily be spotted.CCR were a huge part of that never-to-be-repeated era.
***** no,just simplifying for your benefit.
It doesn’t come any better than this😍
