Great job brother. I appreciate that you always shoot your layout from high-level. It looks awesome. I’m going to have to add airbrushing to my tool kit
Indeed, but I also think that the hard work is still very well visible. It's a neat little detail that adds some vibrant colors to catch the eye, so people will take a closer look and then see all the hard work that went into every single grafitti.
Absolutely incredible!!!! I'm such a huge fan of your channel and content! Your videos are so entertaining and high quality. I love this build, the level of detail as amazing! Great job all around!
Amazing work. Watching this channel here and on other social media really inspires so many ideas for unconventional model railways. I think 1980s grubby British Rail diesels were already pretty dystopian feeling at the time so could be really interesting!
Iv watched this twice now bc I’m blown away by the amount of detail you took on but couldn’t put my finger on how it could be closer to the source. I think it’s that the stencils are all the same rough size and tags aren’t that exact in most cases. A few that were taller or shorter mixed in maybe. Brilliant work either way.
Sometimes making something small, doesn't mean the scale is correct. The graffiti could have been more refined. It was 'small enough', but not quite accurate enough. Thanks for the comment - it's great feedback.
When it comes to scale structures, I can't recommend Balsa Wood and Styrofoam sheeting enough. Can be used to make pretty much anything you can imagine, and so much cheaper than your average kit. Styro can be hardened up nicely with some Mod-Podge sealer. Add some Styrene sheeting for detail and/or load-bearing parts, and then you're *really* cooking with gas. You can get it in pre-textured or plain stock from pretty much any hobby outlet. Evergreen makes some great quality plain-stock. Plastruct and Plasticard also make some good pre-textured stock, but it's far more expensive.
This turned out really well. Though I think you could have snuck in your channel logo somewhere, maybe that'll be something for another building though lol.
Burnt-out buildings, dreary overpasses, the rust-stained walls of desolate parks, underground passageways, rail yards, the least loved and lest visited subway terminals and neighborhoods all of these places collect the lively scripts of graffiti. Like hieroglyphic weeds the names of the artists call out in bright and surprising color. On the grimmest city blocks it may be the only color in sight. When the adults, the authorities and the city government have all abandon these places graffiti flourish and sing out defiant responses: This place is not forgotten, not by everyone. Not by me. I am still here. I live.
@@neuparadigmABS can also be 3D printed just a bit more difficult. I doubt they are a big enough manufacturer to do injection molding but who knows. They might have started off with just 3d printing and now are moving to other manufacturing processes.
do you have a link to the kit you used as a base for this project? an n scale building for cheap would be great for a display/diorama for my gundam kits
You’re too hard on yourself. They came out great! I can’t imagine how many hours you put into this.
Thank you - it was MANY hours.
They're all amazing. It's incredible the amount of effort you did on these buildings. The stencils worked amazing to not bleed through as well
I learned a lot!
@NScaleDystopia that's what counts. Your work is truly inspiring
Amazing. The final product is something to be proud of. 👍👍👍
Came for the build, stayed for the everything!
Nice 👍.
They give lots of depth, scale and realism to the layout without using a lot of
real estate to do it. As always, fantastic 😊

WOW, that was A LOT of work, very awesome!
Another awesome video! Your layout is looking amazing!!!
Thank you Jason!
Love the result! Looks great!
This is effing badass dude! Love it. I hope some of the artists who inspired this have this come up in their fyp!
That would be pretty cool!
Well done. Great addition to the circuit.
As always, thank you
Your level of patience is incredible! Great build, great editing, great music!
Thanks. This was a longer project for sure
It's always a bit sad when lots of hard work can't be seen in the final build. But you know it's there and now we know, too. nice work.

Thank you very much - this was quite a bit of work and I wasn't sure how I felt about it at the end - but I'm quickly learning people love it!
Great episode.
Looks awesome! I might have to put one on my layout.
We are our own worst critics. I think they look awesome!!
Thanks! Stare at anything long enough and you start to hate it!
Cool looking building came out really good
Looks just right, I think you really captured it
I wouldn't be too hard on yourself, looks amazing.
Props on your editing skills as well.
Subscribed.
Thanks for the sub! I try to make the videos are 'well edited' as I can - I appreciate you noticing.
Very nice awsom jop looking great
I am more an Edwardian steamguy, but I must say this looks realy cool!
The steampunk aesthetic is a new level of patience and detail!

Yeah, 1980s British Rail is a toxic barbecue worthy of this great channel.
Smashing
Dude killing it out here with them skills. Keep going!
looking great. and some nice beats in the background 👌

The skyline is coming along great! I'm excited to see what's next as always! 😄
You and me both!

I use quite a bit of styrene. I have access to a wholesaler that makes it far cheaper than buying commercial products
@@NScaleDystopia Good stuff.
Magnificent! Well done!
As much as I hate graffiti, I have to admit this is impressive.
Very, very valid. Thanks!
This turned out really well.

EXCELLENT idea! (Nest time)
Amazing, really unfortunate that the graffiti gets so hidden but what can you do.
Not to sidetrack you from the Union Project, but I would love to see you model Kowloon Walled City in N scale, I bet it would be absolutely amazing.
I cannot begin to imagine how much work that would be!
I love it. This is the bomb Baby

I come from the Dropzone Commander discord. Nice job!
Whaaaa? There's a discord talking about this?
@@NScaleDystopia Somebody put the link of your video in the DZC discord. Dropzone Commander miniature game uses N scale terrain
“I’m not happy with it” I am! I’ll take your discarded work. Looks great! Love the graffiti. (Don’t tell Tim)
They make it like that enters chat…
It looks great! Are those Overland model kits FDM prints or resin? No warping issues?
I don't know if they're either. They could be injection molded?
Outland Models website lists/tags their flat kits as ABS. 3D print kits are tagged PLA, Resin, or Mixed.

Outland Models has a website and they also sell on Amazon. You can see the building details in the video. Thanks!
