My shoulders grew more doing it the first way with 60 pound dumbbells than they did slow and control with perfect form . Makes sense all the biggest dudes are always ego lifting and then the small guys with perfect form looking the same year after year 😂 I can do 30 sets with light weight perfect form hit failure and barely get sore at all most of the time not at all , but with super heavy weight and not even controlling the eccentric my shoulders are sore for days and rock hard . I do both tho ego lift heavy as shit and then finish it off with perfect form light weight and the pain is unreal. Light weight just isn’t enough for me and didn’t give me the results I wanted
