Wow your council tax is cheaper. We pay more than that. It does help when you're outside greater London because it's quite expensive here.

Hi depends which company and the location of the care home. Usual rate runs from £14-£20 an hour once with NMC pin. Hope this helps😉

There is no banding in a carehome sector. But salary-wise, we are receiving equivalent Band 7-8
