2016 Z06 dyno with Halltech intake and 2017 Lid (too lean for track use)

I put my 2016 Z06 back on the dyno to see how the air fuel ratios were looking as I swapped a few parts known to lean the car out a bit. The Halltech intake does make power, but combined with the 2017 supercharger lid, the 13+ air/fuel is too lean for my comfort level as I do track this car pretty heavily.

How did it get that lean?. Was it the lid that did that to the AFRs? I feel like most z06s are still in the 12s with the halltech intake and OEM tune.
