Upd 4.5 was better increasing its dmg cap to 49 but still without any guardbreaks and true combos, shigan having a cap of 61 and rokuogan doing less than 200 still its really impossible to get damage in. at most u can have 2 combo extenders from weapon and baal head doing around 45 cause of the armors per m1 so 45x5 "if u have flowers or lance" + 45x4 "uptilt baalhead" and 45x4+59 "4m1s to shigan" doing around 684 "including extenders dmg". 684/average hp of 1.5k is very underwhelming for a full combo with no m1 range and if u'd use weapons for range priority u'd be losing 45 dmg so 639

Rokushiki and 1SS are their own fighting styles. You can only use one. :( But if its a boss item, like kiri, you can use moves from them with roku.
