Congrats on baby! New to macramé earrings; wanted to know what ply or how many mm's. Still learning what size cord/rope to use, very confusing to me; just want to make earrings.
Hello June! Thank you 😊 so I’m using 3mm single strand cord. It’ll get easier quick. Keep on learning. I actually have an updated tutorial for this one, you can find it here ruclips.net/video/VqUTR_wyMmo/видео.html complete with list of materials and clearer video
👏👏👏😍😘
I also made this but using silk thread
Awesome! 😃

What type of cord did you use? What type of cord do you recommend using?
Hello! I’m using a 3mm single strand cord, for accessories with this design, definitely use 3mm. If you want more texture, use the 3ply/twisted one. Hope it helps!
please may you tell me the width/lengths of rope and jump rings, please? Thank you! absolutely beautiful and id like to make a pair
Hi Charli! It’s really up to you, but 4-5mm jump rings will do perfectly for this project if you’re using a 3mm single strand cord. I also only used scrap cord, so a foot or less will do fine. Enjoy! 🙂
Thank you 💓😊
Here’s a better quality with measurements and instructions 😃 ruclips.net/video/VqUTR_wyMmo/видео.html
These are beautiful! Do you have another video where you are doing the same technique of tying it off with the embroidery thread? You were off camera so I was unable to see exactly what you were doing. Thank you.
So sorry! It’s a gathering knot. I have a tutorial for in my basic macrame knots playlist 💖

Beautiful! Thank you for sharing ❤. How many mm are the cords please? Thank you 😊
You’re welcome 😊 i used 3mm single strand cord
@@yanniemoormanthank you so much for being so specific in your comment, I didn’t know how to call this type of yarn, you helped alot, I tried to make tassel earrings, but couldn’t get it done using the normal macrame thread as it doesn’t allow you to brush it, gets all tangled. Huge thank you from the bottom of my ❤.
@@mirian593 you’re always welcome ❤️
¿Cuánto usaste de hilo?
você pode começar com 1 pé de corda ou corda. se for muito curto, adicione um pouco mais
What type of thread did you use?
3mm macrame single strand
hey can ypu tell me the size of the jump ring. ?
4-5mm
Where can i get these thread?
It depends on where you are. If you’re in America, you could get it from Careless threads, HolmMadeMacrame or Niroma. Lots of Knots Canada, or MaryMaker Studio in Australia
Length of cord plsss
15 inches 😊
it would be helpful to have the camera a little back to see more of your workspace and if you can give measurements of the yarn ,,,,
I might recreate with better lighting and measurements. Thank you for your suggestion 😃
Here’s a better video for you ✨

why doing a video WITHOUT materials info….what a waist of time…
If you read the description of every tutorial you see, maybe you’ll find great resources 😉
