Thanks for the groove sir, indeed you are a mentor. But there a groove you played in "live at eket drum festival" and the time you played it was 0:38 second and at the ending at 1:30 - 1:35. Please sir we need the breakdown of the groove. Thanks and God bless
I don't understand your question. If you meant, what tool is used to make a loop, it's actually a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). A loop can be created with live instruments too. As far as it repeats a section of a beat/rhythm, it's a loop
@TochSticksMusic I should have constructed it well. You've answered my question. Thanks, boss. I tried to search for the contact attached to the video, but I couldn't find it on WhatsApp.
Cute teacher with a cute learner from Ghana You’re looking more handsome today but erm break your fills on praises with double and single kicks I want to understand
Thanks man ❤🙏🏾 I've taught some drums fills here. ruclips.net/video/bGeer51oZ2w/видео.htmlsi=AAHKNVYQPGrKveHD Though they're not easy you'll have to practice them well
😅Yeah! The last time I made a lesson, I didn't really listen closely. I just scored it it few minutes before doing the lesson & it wasn't a video from stepdrumz I used to learn it then. I watched someone play a variant of the groove & it stuck to my head.
They're both hi-life vibe based on a 2/3 or 3/2 rhumba... the only difference Nigerian praises may be done solely using the Ariaria grooves which is just a very fast tempo form of "Adowa" or "Agbadza" ... Hope u get it 😊
There are lots of them. Currently, I use Flystickz. But there are others like Hun Sticks, MTD Sticks. I didn't mention Vic Firth & the likes, because if you're not good with detecting a counterfeit, you'll purchase one. There are lots of counterfeits out there.
Which of the grooves was your favourite?

But then, how do you develop energy? I'm sure there's a way, OR??
You can build energy by intentionally hitting harder (when necessary). I might make a video on this. Don't worry
@TochSticksMusic I hear you, Sir. Thank you very much

I knew he was a Ghanian the moment I heard what he was playing. Ghanian praise is different from that of Nigerian praise.

Please sir don’t use your elegant shoes to play the drums cuz it’s has happened to me before that mine shoes was cut off😂
😅😅 I know about that.
It depends on certain factors though.
