What a good compliment. The HR derby winner saying your videos help him choose the bats he swings. The ultimate compliment was at the end of the video when Will walked to the side and a dozen boys where cheering for him and wanting to talk to him. Rock on Will and all the BBB’s 🤘😎
some kid in the DR is hitting balls 470 with a 35 OZ wood bat. even Will would tell you 460 isn’t that crazy in the grand scheme of things. @@BigJohnDoe08
7:36 Did Will hit the furthest dinger?! WOW! What a freaking experience this must’ve been! That’s TOUGH! 💪😎 Soriano and Klesko making us all wish we could be like them at their respective ages! I’m 43 and probably couldn’t hit one 330 ft if I tried with unlimited attempts! Much respect Will!
i dont know anything about baseball but I've followed will on and off for a while, what sort of improvements has he made? Wasn't he D1/D2 as well? Solid player i mean
@@connormatthews522 Will stopped playing for a while before the start of the channel, so he kind of started from scratch again with his swing. It has since gotten more consistent and he's setting exit velocity and distance personal records seemingly on a weekly basis. Even watching the bat reviews, he's hitting more tanks now than a couple years back. The fact that he's hitting balls 460 feet in stadium exhibitions now is vast improvement from where he was when the channel began.
@@JohnnyCashavetes ahh okay sweet, cheers for the info! I have little knowledge of the game except what I've learned from this channel and Juco haha. I swear will hangs with most batters we see on his channel nowaday, do you know how good he was when he was in college?
Pj morlando is the one to watch in the future. That kids swing is so effortless it didn’t even look like he was hitting for real yet when he started. Reminds me of young Aaron judge. Bombs
That’s what I was thinking too - it’s such a casual 440, and he has such a clean quick swing. I’m interested to see how he does once he gets a real debut in the marlins system
These kids are absolute machines. I thought they were in college until I saw the notice of the one committing to Mississippi State. I remember in a homerun derby years ago, people went nuts when Sammy Sosa hit 500 feet. That 17 or 18 year old hit 498, I think it was in warm up.
Loved Ryan Klesko being a huge braves fan growing up. Him Chipper Jones Andrew Jones fred Mcgriff, Andres Gallaraga and Javy Lopez. Favorite pitchers were Greg Maddox, Tom Glavin and Jon Smoltz. Man that brings back good memories.
I met Ryan Klesko in Santa Rosa Mall when I lived in Florida when I was 11!!! He was with Atlanta at the time when Galaragga was on the team. Good ole days! Thank you for your amazing content and keeping the love for the game real!
BRUH they look like they are casually swinging then they connect and the bat sounds like it is breaking the sound barrier when they rip those bombs…geez😊
Bro the launch angle difference is real, you had the first MLB player come up after the prospects, can't remember his name but he played in 2020, and he damn near hits the top of the batting cage with one home run ball, like it's crazy seeing that and seeing everyone else get no where close to that.
Wish we had enough time to see some BP swings with the Icon.. balls were definitely going to make it on top of Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers in left field 🤣
Great video. Eric is a maniac. Love that dude. The one negative thing is the center-field of that ballpark drives me crazy I hate it so much. The screen and center field being one wall with a yellow line is so stupid. Move the wall in 5 ft and put space between the two. I can't stand when Major League ballparks do ridiculous dimensions like that.
I miss baseball and hockey. 30 now and haven’t played either in a decade+ idk if my body is even built for it now. Alcohol, tobacco, a whole lot of weed and a few periods of drug use mixed with anxiety and depression are a bitch. I own up to my mistakes but still sucks to live in the aftermath. All you young guys out their strive for it, don’t waste your lives.
You have one of four dudes ever to go 40/40 hitting/a dude who hit a home run in game 7 of the World Series in this same stadium hitting with you and the King of Juco goes in your title. Shows how incredible what you guys do for the game is
That 484ft moon shot was insane, but his 498 footer from the day before was legendary

For real, the banter back and forth with Eric was the best part of the vid. He just causes a natural urge in people to trash talk him lmao.

ball goes further in AZ
You say that like 460 isn't crazy still

Ryan Klesko, author of the greatest hitting strategy ever devised, proven by science: “swing hard in case you hit it.” Legend.
The way he hyped up Eric to hit that last nuke was fuckin LEGENDARY!! Iron sharpening Iron thanks for the great video!
This is amazing!!! Alfonso Soriano was my favorite player growing up and the reason I got into baseball!!! This was very nostalgic for me!
That lefty doing no stride and hitting a ball 440+ is insane
Sweet swing. Kid has a lot of power in a tight compact swing. He will hit for average to likely
That swing is gorgeous. So compact. Ball explodes off the bad seemingly effortlessly. His misses are line drives
His bat speed and hips are just stupid
He was crushing it, such a great swing.
Dude is the Ivan Dragic of college ball

It’s funny when Eric tries to be kid friendly 😂
"shut up kids!"
Man my toes curled every time someone swung the bat.. I am exhausted
Sim swings like an absolute maniac. Love it.
He was taking it PERSONALLY when they were feeling him to hit the gym lmao
Will's improvement over the past couple of years has been beautiful to watch, congratulations bro

So cool seeing Klesko on the vid! My son wears 18 bc of him and I grew up loving those 90s Braves!
Eric sim special yapping at the kids “shut up”😂

Klesko was one of my favorite players when i was a kid. So cool to see him here!
Props to Perfect Game for inviting the King Of Bunting to a HRD. He hits for both power and average.
Man I love Soriano. Such a sweet swing!
PJ’s swing is insane
This is dope just a bunch of dudes that love the game crushing the shit out of the ball
Incredible swings by the MLB guys, great muscle memory, wow just wow
483 with a wood bat is pretty impressive

That last dude to hit.....the balks sounded different coming off his bat than the other guys. Sounded like Acuña bat.
Oh this video is about to be legendary 😂😂
Bro I feel bad for Dante he tried to dap up will and he left him hanging after will hit the 463💀
I do not know how will fits so much juice into his small frame its actually crazy

More Alfonso Soriano dropping bombs!! And more info on the Rawlings Pro Proffered compressed birch please!! Thanks
Alfonso is SO fast through the zone, but so slow after contact.
The sound coming off of Sorianos bat is just different. Wow
Hey, Chase Field! Wish I woulda known you all were in town!
I think this is more entertaining to watch than a regular game.
“Where’s the camera at? Sorry.”
Amazing quote
Whoever taught Dante how to swing the bat and his outgoing swing.. LOL. Roll that ankle buddy. You won't last long.
These 2 are awesome !! Good stuff
i love how you can hear eric's goat laugh in the background occasionally
saw the fry's sign and got excited that the electronics store was still around
That walk off was sick
Eric is hilarious @ 5:17
laughs…”YIPS”
The Fact they don't use that camera angle in the MLB Home Run Derby is and absolute crime!
I agree but I'd imagine it's harder to see the ball outside with a full crowd than with a dark roof and mostly empty seats
Eric’s brand and reputation is truly amazing.
Yall should link up with Domingo Ayala for a derby!
Always that one BP coach with the herky Jerky ball toss
You had the opportunity to have soriano hit with a bbcor on film and didn't? He's such a legend.
When Stanton retires, I NEED to see him go up to a PF event and hit nukes with whatever tech we have then.
Hit the weight room had me rolling
I needed a kid to yell "go back to bunting!" when Sim was batting
The one thing I notice is that the pros have this effortless extension mid swing that none of the other players have (specifically Klesko and Soriano)
Klesko was my Fav player back in the day
God these kids are hitting fucking NUKES. God damn these youngsters have SERIOUS power. So exciting to watch.
Aiden Harris.. Damn raw power.

Love your content guys, keep it up
Love every time you hear the kids chirp sim he hits a nuke

8:06 crispiest bat sound ever
@KingofJUCO's bomb off the pole, followed by Will reminding him to win, them then fuckin gainer to the upper deck, the moments you live for.
AND Wills' got some gas in him with that fuckin yarder at 463!
He wasn't as consistent, but jesus, guy who hit one 484 is like Stanton, if he connects square its a no-doubt bomb.
His pitching was atrocious. Not trying to place blame, but just watch the placement it wasn't good.
@@mlangham179I noticed that as well
nahhhh soriano's swing is just beautiful
