Optimus Prime, Hero Deck Tech??

My buddy said I should do a deck tech on this deck he built, the stipulations were that I could not look at the deck ahead of time or pull them out of there sleeves. If it feels like I have no clue what this deck is, its because at filming it was the first time I saw the deck in totality.
There is no Moxfield entry to my knowledge.
