The big secondaries are basically Goliath guns. Same shells with better HE pen and high damage/fire chance. Goliath guns for seCONdaries is kinda wild.
Malta do you know that switching secondary targets loses you accuracy? If a target dies while being focused, you get a "free" switch without accuracy loss

I think so? It’s the first I guess, maybe they didn’t want to research more paper ship designs, potentially they could release lower tiers later, opposite of what they did with Harugumo line, when akizuki was the highest tier ship, but I would be surprised if they add lower tiers later.
I find the name of ship kinda funny. In the USA there's a similar word we use: Libtard. It's kind of a political term, that's pretty funny. RNGesus really smiled on you that first salvo.

0:31 you can actualy use mods to see the "hidden" or "unreleased" tech tree ship, and there are actually some nation that got new/branch tech tree ship like pan-am bbs and soviet subs are coming soon
the soviet subs have been just kind of hanging out in the game for a while, wg just hasn't said anything about when they're coming out or what if any gimmick the line will have
I think it's good they added more battleships, but on the Asia server the queue is usually ~60 battleships, 4 carriers/destroyers, and ~10 cruisers. All the battleships are the meta choices too, so it's boring. More variety might fix that a little, but they need to do a full balance pass through the current ships.

We have Atlantico on console with 12.3 km secondaries it's fun the 234mm secondaries have such good fire chance on console as well. The main guns on Atlantico on console only have ap. Just a few of mention. The ship are gonna be a lot better when released, because of WG doing last minutes buff as usual (totally not a rushed release. Clueless) 1. The rudder will be a lot better. 2. The turning circle will be also more tighter. 3. The turret will be faster instead of 36s it will be 30s. 4. The acceleration will be faster like vermont and st. Vincent, so the prop mod will be gone from the modules. 5. The leg cap also get some buff like increased sec reload from 15% to 22.5% From the look of it this line will be like schliefen. Strong at release but probly will be nerf'd hard after that. I guess the ship probly still strong after nerf but u will need more brains and hands to play it. Just like schliefen line

It's nice to have armour that actually works considering the stupid amount of HE spam in the game, and fires ignore armour anyway.
I like the addition of pan American bbs. The secondary based funny buttons are much less egregious than burst fire/improved shell mechanics. From a historical standpoint, pan American dreadnoughts have a stronger precedent than most other nations in game and seem like a obvious choice
War gaming is milking us hard with another gimmick ship that will be OP upon release, so people will buy it. It was a rushed job so WE will be the ones testing it and in my mind there is no doubt it will be nerfed and should be. Killing the game, very sad.
